I was surprised by the bed - furniture with some kind of decorative ledges - and not safe for knees and children.
There is a kettle and some tea/coffee bags.
A telly with a cartoon channel (there are others) which is very handy.
Room for 4. ONE room, and many beds. You look at each other in the ass, and fall asleep.
Layout - just tear it off and throw it away).
3) Railing. There are low railings throughout the hotel. It was scary to let a child out on the balcony or on the stairs alone. Low and with wide openings, where both the head of a small one and the body itself can crawl through... I would argue for $ 100 that the owners saved it.
4) Food - prices are moderate, for three you can leave 700 hryvnia for dinner and eat. On average, a meal for three is about 450 UAH. (well, if you order two servings of eggs and pancakes with meat).

Traveled with family in July this year. all at the highest level. The service staff and administrators do their job at their best - I didn’t even understand when they were all sleeping : ). I really liked the sea and the beach.
Strongly disliked: mosquitoes, dirt, dust, food, service, rooms.
We parked in an unfenced area under the trees on the dirt road. Suitcases had to be pulled as is on the ground, grass. A bunch of guards are running around, but no one helped to unload the luggage, but oh well, unloaded.
We paid a 1000 hryvnia deposit to the hotel administrators in case we break or steal something, but promised to return the money if everything is ok - in the county. Sun loungers and awnings by the sea. It so happened that we came to the beach after breakfast at 9-10 am and there was no place for us under a canopy. 2 canopies are designed for 30 sunbeds in the shade (count for 10-15 rooms, despite the fact that the hotel has about 100 rooms). Sunbeds were always, but in the sun. Walking before breakfast and then after that we didn’t have the strength to climb 9 floors, on vacation we want to rest, not die, it was enough for us to climb 150 steps a day in the scorching sun once a day. This is hard labor, especially for the elderly and children. Most leave the sea in the very sun and fall into the heat until they rise to the 9th floor. Benches are made on the spans, but sitting on them in the heat is another test for the vessels. It is especially not recommended for children and the elderly, although I would not recommend such daily tests under the scorching sun in the south of our country to everyone...
Swimming pool. Swim after dinner in the pool. There was always a place in the shady area and on a sunbed. No questions.
Restaurant. The price does not match the quality and the food served. The service is terrible. The cook cooks every other time normally. After the salad with shrimp, I felt pretty sick.
Black tea 30 UAH. Either they fill it with non-boiled water, or they fill it with a secondary one. There is no taste of tea. Coffee is complete nonsense, it is impossible to drink. And our children played with them. I was shocked when the next day I saw my friends bitten by bedbugs, I immediately realized that I had done everything right, armed with bedding and towels. There is an odd smell in the rooms. If you decide to go, take a room with a separate isolated balcony. The hotel has rooms with shared balconies. And a lot. Hot water and cold around the clock. There are few sockets in the room, but we had enough. If two sockets are not enough, take an extension cord.

We found this hotel on the Internet, tuned in to the positive and went on our way. Filled up a full tank at the exit from Kyiv (approximately at 8-00) and moved south! It so happened that we came to the beach after breakfast at 9-10 am and there was no place for us under a canopy. 2 canopies are designed for 30 sunbeds in the shade (count for 10-15 rooms, despite the fact that the hotel has about 100 rooms). Sunbeds were always, but in the sun. Walking before breakfast and then after that we didn’t have the strength to climb 9 floors, on vacation we want to rest, not die, it was enough for us to climb 150 steps a day in the scorching sun once a day. This is hard labor, especially for the elderly and children. Most leave the sea in the very sun and fall into the heat until they rise to the 9th floor.
