The administrator Natalya dealt exclusively with newly arrived guests, and she did not notice how the already settled guests live and whether they have any problems! Which was very upsetting... I knocked out the highchair only on the third day, and even without the Internet for 1.5 days I had to run on my own (there was no access due to the lack of a monthly fee, just something). Soap in the rooms is not updated, foot towels are not enough for residents... Well, that! For the sake of truth, to say thank you, as I understand it, the mother of the administrator, who takes care of the garden, for the fact that, at least with time, she solved the voiced problems and special thanks to the kitchen!
In general, it's okay, but there is something to work on. Respect the guests!! !

We chose this hotel because of its good location, it is located in the center of Zatoka, the railway station is 5 minutes away, it is easy to get to Odessa, there is also a beach, cafes, bars, restaurants, a club nearby, there were more attractions, but we didn’t have time, they have already been dismantled, because we arrived in September. … More ▾ We chose this hotel because of its good location, it is located in the center of Zatoka, the railway station is 5 minutes away, it is easy to get to Odessa, there is also a beach, cafes, bars, restaurants, a club nearby, there were more attractions, but we didn’t have time, they have already been dismantled, because we arrived in September. But shrimp, baklava, corn on the beach ate plenty.
We, tourists from Minsk, booked a hotel on the Internet. The hostess Tatyana immediately called us back on viber, she organized a taxi for us from Odessa, a nice taxi driver with a sign "Casablanca" was waiting for us right at the car. Tatyana met us on the spot, showed us everything, we arrived just in time for dinner, checked into our rooms and went for lunch. There is a police nearby, we were under protection : )
For 10 days of rest, we have only good impressions, the rooms are clean, towels, bed linen were changed, cleaned every morning, breakfast was included in our price, and lunches and dinners can be ordered during breakfast, which is very convenient. Great terrace and sea view. We had a lot of time for walks around Zatoka, and every time we were convinced that our villa was the most successful in terms of choice.
I really want to visit you again : )

Portions (for us girls) were adequate. Hot water was constantly. And what views open from the tower of the villa!! ! In the courtyard of the villa, we were met by the hostess Tatyana Samuilovna, special thanks to her for her cordiality and hospitality.
The only drawback is the poor quality of WI FI in the room (it is good in the yard), as well as the fact that bed linen was not changed during the entire stay.
In general, the holiday was a success and there is not a drop of disappointment. If we go to Zatoka again, we will stop in Casablanca. I advise everyone.

I don't recommend anyone to go there. Rested there with my family. Of the benefits - an interesting interior, proximity to the sea. Of the minuses - very expensive accommodation (considered that it is not inferior to Egypt), and soviet service: a lot of stupid requirements and a minimum of service. The rooms are damp and the constant smell of the bathroom, cobwebs. The Wi-Fi advertised doesn't work in the rooms, and 3G doesn't really work there either. I had to go into the yard to pick up a weak signal. One cleaning lady for twenty-odd rooms. She is nervous, constantly demanding either a stool, or a glass, or a towel, which no one took. There are a lot of mosquitoes there. Although there are mosquito nets on the balcony doors, they do not save. Moreover, the cleaning lady, cleaning the room, opened everything wide open and the doors and windows and mosquitoes flew in full swing. The child was bitten so that it was painful for him to walk (blisters on his legs). Cuisine: portions are small. It is enough for a child to eat, for an adult the portions are small. One printed menu for all tables! You never know what you can eat, you had to negotiate all the time with the cook. Although the chef is good. Playground: all broken. There are 2 slides for kids under 3 years old, but they are emergency. The car is for children - the wheel disappears, the cleaning lady forbade her to sit on it. The hotel area is very small. During our stay there, the lights went out several times. Once for almost a whole day. From this there was no water, it was simply not possible to use the bathroom all day. TV channels were periodically switched off. In general, the rest in this hotel, due to the oddities of the hostess and her sisters who run the establishment, lack of staff and disregard for customers, turned out to be unsuccessful. I do not recommend Villa Casablanca to anyone.

We chose this hotel for its outstanding design. You won't find anything like it in all of Zatoka. You won't find anything like it in all of Zatoka. True, after reading the reviews, we were ready for expensive cuisine, capricious owners, a lot of insects and allegedly insufficiently maintained building (information based on reviews). We arrived at 6 am. And, although check-in from lunch, from 7 o'clock we decided to try our luck. What was our surprise when they didn’t turn us around, but on the contrary, they warmly welcomed us and immediately offered free rooms (we booked a standard one). We got a wonderful room with a balcony on the second floor! We had a very tasty breakfast with homemade and fresh food. Regarding supposedly restaurant prices: in Zatoka, prices in cafes and canteens are about the same (I'm talking about the center area, I didn’t have to eat on the outskirts). Only here with one difference: in eateries, all food is heated in microwaves. And in the villa, the food is especially delicious, because it is prepared from fresh ingredients for you personally and always with soul! So is it worth saving these 20-50 hryvnia difference? Especially with my luck in canteens: in 100% of cases, I get dishes seasoned with the chef's signature hair. We were very pleased with all the staff who served us! Many thanks to the maid for the daily cleanliness of the room, fresh towels and bed linen! Many thanks to the entire kitchen team for wonderful fresh dishes and excellent service! Thank you for always going forward and promptly resolving any of our issues! We had to visit many places, but it was here that the most healthy and comfortable environment was, as my husband noted! If you have a rest in Zatoka, then it is here! Good luck and prosperity!

I was going with my family - me, wife and child - a guy for six years.
Before the trip, we looked at a dozen comparable options. In the end, we decided to stay in Casablanca. Almost everyone immediately liked the architecture, location in Zatoka,
many positive reviews, reasonable prices.
However, since everyone read the reviews, and among them there were, although rare but very negative, both about Zatoka in general and about the hotel in particular, I will not hide that we went with a little apprehension, however, as always, to rest in a new place.
We arrived on the day of check-in at approximately 15:00. We settled in very quickly and without problems.
As a result - the choice for the whole holiday never regretted.
It is pleasant to be in the hotel and on the territory - a very unusual and attractive appearance, spacious, comfortable, comfortable rooms with new furniture, serviceable household appliances (air-conditioning TVs, hair dryers, kettles, refrigerators, etc. ), freshly renovated. NO PROBLEMS with service, housekeeping, food, hot-cold water, mosquitoes, Wi-Fi and other things that can usually cause criticism when relaxing on the Black Sea in Ukraine in general and in Zatoka in particular. Water - any when you want, Wi-Fi without interruptions throughout the hotel, sometimes it turned out to be online even on the beach. In general, I saw mosquitoes, but not a single one was alive in the hotel. )
I would like to make two points in particular.
- the first one really liked the attitude towards guests and the quality of service - the owners are very friendly and welcoming,
Very pleasantly surprised that upon arrival. In addition to the booked room, we were offered another option, which we liked even more than the first one - and we were accommodated in it.

All hotel staff are also very friendly, professional and responsive.
The room was cleaned every day, towels, toiletries, bed linen, etc. were regularly changed. At first, we tried to eat in different places - in principle, it was not bad everywhere, however, in the end we decided to do this constantly in a cafe on the territory of the hotel - they cook very tasty The menu is varied and inexpensive.
Second, the hotel is very well located. during the rest, I walked along the central part of Zatoka, and also - on the other side of the bridge and saw live all the options that we looked at when we were going to rest. In the end, I was convinced that we made the absolutely right choice. Casablanca is located in the central part of the town. Right next to the hotel is the local administration, the police, a small central square, a couple of good grocery stores. At the same time, the directly "cultural and entertainment" "center" with discos, restaurants, large hotels, etc. is located 5-7 minutes walk, if along the street, and 10 minutes, if along the beach (you walk more slowly on the sand)). As a result, everything you need is almost a stone's throw away, but the territory is quiet, even despite the presence of a railway in Zatoka, which, incidentally, goes through the entire town. As for the sea - it is really close - in my opinion - less than 100 meters. I think you don’t need to get closer - splashes will fly to the balcony. )) At the same time, the beach itself is wide, clean with a gentle entrance to the sea, clear water and a good bottom. You don't have to go somewhere 500 meters or more to find somewhere clearer, there is no current or algae that I have observed in other places.
So that's it. The only negative that I can name is that 10 days of rest flew by too quickly, and we have a principle - we never go to the same place twice, as a rule.
Although this time we will really think about an exception to this rule.

The cafe cooked delicious, never had to look for another place. There was always something for a child on the menu, and the chef took into account our wishes. The owners are very welcoming and the staff is polite and friendly. We all liked it very much.
There are few negative points. Wi-Fi worked only in the territory and in some rooms (mainly those with a balcony, you need to specify). And the beach, to be honest, was dirty (I mean cigarette butts, caps), but this does not depend on the hotel.

We realized that we would not be able to stay there, we went to neighboring recreation centers - everything was not right. We found Villa Casablanca through Booking. com. First we went to see, we no longer trusted the sites. That rare case for Ukraine, when pictures and photos do not reflect all the beauty! Reality is better. And it happens so rarely. Usually the opposite.
Very friendly, helpful hostess. And the villa itself was much better than in the photo. The rooms are slightly more expensive than the average standard prices in Zatoka, but for this minimal difference you get several times more comfort. Each room is individual and spacious! Not ten squares where the air conditioner sticks out. The villa itself is bright, well-groomed, clean (!!! ) and quiet and comfortable. All in flowers, everything is thought out and every little thing is done with taste and love. At first they could not believe that there was such a thing in Zatoka.
Wi-fi is available on the terraces of the rooms and in the cafe in the center of the villa, the quality of the rooms themselves is not always good (we lived in two - at 17 and 18). In the 17th there was wi-fi in the room, and in the 18th only on the terrace.
The cafe in the villa is not bad, but not very stable - sometimes you had to wait a long time. The food is delicious, and you can order individually, if something is impossible or not desirable, then there is an opportunity not to add it or make it according to your taste. This opportunity is not available in all cafes in Zatoka. Friendly waitresses. Other cafes are also close - 5-10 minutes, and you are near the market and the mass of cafes, canteens and restaurants. It is possible to order food in the room or on the common terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea. Tasty coffee!!: ))
Beach. The beach is about a hundred meters down a quiet street. On the beach there are sun loungers, umbrellas - 25-35 hryvnia for the whole day. There is a cafe. The seashore is gently sloping, the water was clean, there were algae and jellyfish for a couple of days, but then everything cleared up again. We liked the beach - quieter and freer than further to the center.
In general, we consider ourselves lucky that we got to this villa. Rested with children, 12 and 22 years old, they liked it too. This villa is for those who DO NOT need noise and loud music. . For little children there is expanse - calm, safe and they have a playground in an exclusive oriental style at their service : )
There is a railroad nearby, yes. But the trains were infrequent, and we were not disturbed at all. But from the center, where in every cafe their music was screaming to the fullest without ceasing all day, we tried to escape as quickly as possible : ))
I read the reviews, they are different. I would say this villa is for those who are desperate to find a quiet, calm and cozy place in Zatoka, beautiful and tastefully decorated. And at prices not three times higher than standard, but only a little.

Everything is on top. . . starting from the entrance with amazing mosaics on the walls of this unusual building. . a wide variety of rooms, each of which is unique (and we occupied 3 rooms), everything is neat, clean, mini fridge. . iron, hair dryer on request, balconies. . wi-fi of decent speed (the granddaughter was watching cartoons on YouTube), with a cute cafe where guests can not only eat and immediately "make room", but just sit with a computer and slowly savor local wine with fragrant peaches (and you won't hear, that "you can't take your own" and they will nicely offer you wine glasses and a vase for fruit. Now about the Sea.... Very close. . go about three minutes... and as usual in Zatoka. . "-Ropaaaany. . Kuuuuukuruz. .
