During our stay, the sea pleased us - the water is clean, warm, the beach is large, there is enough space for everyone. And when you return to the hotel, you find yourself in a piece of paradise: the courtyard is quiet, calm, comfortable, very beautiful, a lot of greenery and flowers. And they feed - very tasty, at home (you can in a cozy shaded gazebo, you can in your room or on the terrace). Special thanks to Yuri Anatolyevich for a very tasty barbecue. Today is the seventh day since we returned from vacation, and there has not been a single day that we did not remember the warm welcome that we received during our vacation. We rested in room number 4, the only drawback is the dampness in the combined bathroom in the evenings, when there is little time for airing and there is no mosquito net on the doors. Rest, attention from the owners, excursions (to the water park, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, Zatoka itself), swimming in the sea, local wines - I liked everything very much.

My son is very fond of the inspector program, we love to travel in our free time and have been to many hotels, rented apartments and hotels. He usually likes to criticize as in the program. When he entered the room, we stopped at the territory, everywhere there was delight. There was no criticism from him, we only had this on trips abroad, and then the control blow was delicious food. For many dishes, he said, mom, you make me the same soup or meat at home (I like to cook and I'm not bad at it). We lived in a fairly spacious and clean room. The current cleaning was done according to our desire, very carefully. From the room there is access to the terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner overlooking the cozy courtyard. It was hot at lunch, so we ate in an air-conditioned room, and on cooler days - next to it in a shady gazebo : )
I hope this year I will be able to get to rest in the First Guest. Last year, we made it a little longer until the last minute, and everything was already booked for the dates that were convenient for us, so we had to change the vacation time.
When we arrived, Zatoka was crowded. I have never seen such an influx of people. On the beach, I inadvertently heard the stories of people who were vacationing in other hotels during the same period: at first they booked a room and sent an advance payment at one price, and when they arrived they were told the price was twice as high. In case of refusal, they were returned the advance payment and settled with them other applicants at the highest price, which at that time were plentiful. Once again I was convinced that we were in the right place and with conscientious people. In the First Guest, everything agreed upon was fulfilled, at what price we booked, at this price we lived.
I was very surprised by the guest’s previous review, I don’t know what time she had a rest (we were in August 2015), but there were none of these negatives during our vacation. The owner, Yuri, is a very responsive person, any technical issues were resolved very quickly, for example, several channels did not show for us, and everything was set up within an hour. We also asked for an extra blanket and they gave it to us right away. Towels were changed at our request every 2-3 days. The attitude and conditions are top notch, and clearly 100% value for money!
We wish Galina and Yuri further prosperity! We want to visit you again this year! Thanks!!

Dirt, cobwebs and huge spiders all around (almost fall on your head, because of this it was scary to go out onto the terrace in the evening), 2. plumbing in a terrible state (rusty faucet and shower hose not fixed), 3. towels were not changed per week (on the site it is stated - once every three days), 4. in a 2-bed room, a sheet for shelter and a blanket one (! ) for two, 5. food of good quality, but lunch for 60 UAH. two times less than last year, 6. shish kebab, which the owner prepares is delicious, but the declared yield is 300 g - what? On the day of departure, Galina Ivanovna offered to pay for half a day (190 UAH). This takes place in hotels of the European level, but not in the First Guest Hotel, which obviously does not reach this level. Resting for the second year in a row, it seemed that Galina Ivanovna, in pursuit of money, forgot about such a concept as the human factor. Conclusion: Compared to last year, the level of the Guest House has fallen.

We rested in Zatoka in August (2-11) of this year. The holiday made a very good impression on us. The guest house is located near the sea (10 min. walk).
