Sometimes we had to wait a long time for the waiter to bring the menu - we already went and took it ourselves. Then you wait for the order to be taken (once you waited more than 20 minutes). Then you wait for this order to be brought. As a result, lunch stretches for an hour and a half. At the same time, waiters can stand chatting, look at the phone, instead of taking an order. When you bark, they begin to sort out among themselves "who thought what and who should have done what. " And this is 99% a matter of management. This admin needs to be kicked out.
And on Saturday they work from 8.30 - it's generally outraged. That is, in this case, you can have breakfast at 9.30-10.00 (because everything is very long). Because of this organization of the restaurant, I had to go to eat in other places where people work more clearly and faster. On the positive side, it's really delicious food and coffee.
We also saw that there is children's animation, a swing, a playground, but we did not go - we were at the sea.
The sea was dirty all week, with algae. But this does not affect the quality of the hotel.

- The food does not reach the declared level of the hotel, the Restaurant - one name in fact - a cafe with very high prices, not friendly staff, long serving time (oatmeal porridge with milk 20-25 minutes). In the evening, they were not careful to order pasta with "mussels", in fact they received a portion of pasta (400 gr) for 150 UAH, the mussels turned out to be empty; no option to solve this situation, the Chef came out and apologized and offered to order another dish, the pizza was excellent. Oatmeal porridge with "fruit" in milk was diluted with water, and the fruit is half a slice of peach, cut into small cubes, the yield of porridge is very very small, like from a children's menu, without salt and sugar. Complex meals are more expensive than in all neighboring hotels, it is not clear for what reason, when booking they named one price, and upon arrival the price turned out to be different.

DOUBLE BED turned out to be two single beds pushed back to back, and moving apart at the slightest movement. The girls cleaning the room, very friendly, cleaned on demand, but very upset that the wet, not fresh towels were not changed after 3 days from the moment of arrival. There is no dryer for clothes and towels in the room, they are forced to dry on the railing of the balcony from where they constantly fly out into the street. No minimum utensils.
Outcome. If the hotel solved the problem with the beach, not qualified staff and food, we would come back here more than once.
