1. The choice fell on this hotel, due to the fact that the hotel was built in 2018, tempting photos. Check-in was as indicated on the website around 13:00 even earlier. The concierge did not offer to help carry the heavy bags to the two girls.
2. I really liked the room, spacious, clean, brand new furniture and household appliances. Quality textiles. There is a fridge, kettle, wardrobe, table, bedside tables, table and chairs on the balcony. The territory of the hotel is very clean, well-groomed flower beds, the presence of a swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, beach towels are provided to the pool. The hotel is located on the first coastline with a closed protected area.
3. Among the shortcomings of the hotel, I would like to highlight:
- City beach (very dirty, gobies and bags) no smoking area, smoke anywhere and as much as you like. The hotel does not have free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Leapolis Lux positions itself as a European-level hotel, but at the same time, a sunbed costs 30-40 UAH, and they don’t offer an umbrella at all.
- The hotel hired a very good photographer, who was very misleading with photos of the pool, the pool is 3 times smaller than in the photo, the depth is more like a child’s because the depth is near the waist, too chlorinated water hits the nose.
- The food does not reach the declared level of the hotel, the Restaurant - one name in fact - a cafe with very high prices, not friendly staff, long serving time (oatmeal porridge with milk 20-25 minutes). In the evening, they were not careful to order pasta with "mussels", in fact they received a portion of pasta (400 gr) for 150 UAH, the mussels turned out to be empty; no option to solve this situation, the Chef came out and apologized and offered to order another dish, the pizza was excellent. Oatmeal porridge with "fruit" in milk was diluted with water, and the fruit is half a slice of peach, cut into small cubes, the yield of porridge is very very small, like from a children's menu, without salt and sugar. Complex meals are more expensive than in all neighboring hotels, it is not clear for what reason, when booking they named one price, and upon arrival the price turned out to be different.
Of the minor flaws - the lack of a mirror in the room, not thought out sockets (the kettle can only be turned on near the bed on the floor). A huge number of mosquitoes, but there is no way to turn on the fumigator because there are very few sockets for a 3-bed room. There are only 2 chairs on the balcony, and I remind you of the number for 3 people, there are also 2 hooks in the bathroom. I almost forgot! ! DOUBLE BED turned out to be two single beds pushed back to back, and moving apart at the slightest movement. The girls cleaning the room, very friendly, cleaned on demand, but very upset that the wet, not fresh towels were not changed after 3 days from the moment of arrival. There is no dryer for clothes and towels in the room, they are forced to dry on the railing of the balcony from where they constantly fly out into the street. No minimum utensils.
Outcome. If the hotel solved the problem with the beach, not qualified staff and food, we would come back here more than once.
