Rested with family (2+1) in July 5 days. The hotel is new, clean. The territory is small, but beautiful and well-groomed (I would even say licked). Room "standard plus" roomy for three. Balcony overlooking the street did not cause any desire to go there - very noisy. Is it possible to dry towels that had to be fastened with clothespins (which they themselves bought), because. no dryer. Personally, I lacked a safe in the room, teaspoons (there is a kettle, cups) and a trash can (there was one in the toilet).
Cleaning in the room only when you post a sign. The trash was taken out every morning. The cleaning girls are great, they do everything quickly and cleanly.
When checking in, the water in the shower did not drain well - after 5 minutes. The employee came and the issue was resolved.

The territory is cleaned, cleaned, watered. The very tiny pool (which looks huge in the photo) is also being cleaned. Sometimes we had to wait a long time for the waiter to bring the menu - we already went and took it ourselves. Then you wait for the order to be taken (once you waited more than 20 minutes). Then you wait for this order to be brought. As a result, lunch stretches for an hour and a half. At the same time, waiters can stand chatting, look at the phone, instead of taking an order. When you bark, they begin to sort out among themselves "who thought what and who should have done what. " And this is 99% a matter of management. This admin needs to be kicked out.
And on Saturday they work from 8.30 - it's generally outraged. That is, in this case, you can have breakfast at 9.30-10.00 (because everything is very long). Because of this organization of the restaurant, I had to go to eat in other places where people work more clearly and faster. On the positive side, it's really delicious food and coffee.
We also saw that there is children's animation, a swing, a playground, but we did not go - we were at the sea.
The sea was dirty all week, with algae. But this does not affect the quality of the hotel.
