Once a day, the water is turned off, both cold and hot! No soundproofing in the room! On the site, the photo was beautifully photographed of the backyard, games room and gym! In fact, a game room with billiards - one table is homemade, the second one has the feeling that they played on it with a rake. A cue is a piece of a stick. Swimming pool in the backyard - probably not cleaned for 100 years. Don't be fooled by the photo on the site - everything is not as beautiful as it looks! I do not advise anyone! The only plus is more or less normal food

The rooms are comfortable, not small but not big either. There is hot water around the clock and good pressure, which is usually a problem in Zatoka at other bases where we were. In the dining room, the food is very tasty and satisfying, but sometimes we cooked for ourselves. there is also a kitchen for guests.
The pool was cleaned every day, the water is azure. On the basis of paid parking 20 UAH per day. There is a green area with a barbecue, it's free. Prices are quite democratic for this level. The room was cleaned every day. We got new mattresses, new snow-white bedding. The room had a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. But the curtains are not darkened enough and if everything is ok during the day, then at night you need to turn off the light so that you cannot be seen, although who will stand under the windows and look in : )))) they promised to buy new dark curtains next year to solve this problem . The room had all the necessary furniture, a mirror, a wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, an armchair, a sofa and a balcony, but there are private balconies only on the 4th floor in junior suites. We had a great view of the bay. To the estuary to go 2 minutes, to the sea spotted - 10 minutes at a walking pace.

Their territory: there are exercise machines, but they are broken, tennis rackets that it’s impossible to play with them, they still have a lager there, we came the other day to play shady, it was already full of bottles, Billiards also sucks, the pools are dirty and shallow, you can eat sunbedssunbathe, the territory is not cleaned, the gatherings are not comfortable, you can fall and the recreation center. And we also read that in a room where there is no air conditioning, they give a fan that they didn’t want to give us. one plus was there is a good security guard who entertained us a little. As for me they charge a lot for the room, it's not worth it. I do not recommend, they are very foolish!

There are 2 pools. Go to the beach min 10. The rooms are good, cleaned. The only caveat is that the doors and the window are covered with a curtain, which was a little embarrassing at first. There are mosquitoes, so stock up on them. Meals on the territory are complex 3 times a day, the kitchen is homemade and cooked deliciously. The base itself in the center of Zatoka has shops nearby. The hotel staff is excellent, thanks to the administrator for the smiles every day) We will come again!

1. There is very little space in the "comfort" room, the bathroom is just tiny - the sink is the smallest. In addition to a roll of toilet paper, there is nothing in the bathroom! It is impossible to put anything on the shelf above the sink - it is reclining on the wall. Bed linen barely covers the mattress and it is synthetic (we took bed linen with us)! There are no windows and vents in the room that open - air enters only through the door (glass wall and front glass door). We slept at night with the fan on and with the front door wide open (nothing was stolen : ))
2. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening! The remedies for these bloodsuckers did little to help.
3. The territory, although green, is not well-groomed. Two pools are dirty. But the children swam - where could they go in such heat... On the edge of a small pool, metal pipes were torn with rusty edges - none of the staff was interested.
4. Meals are ordinary canteen. Sometimes it's ok, but sometimes it's impossible.
5. To the estuary 3-5 minutes (the beach was equipped with awnings and sun loungers - on the territory of the neighboring "Dacha") - shallow and not dirty - a wonderful place for kids!
6. To the sea 15-20 minutes - we get to the central crowded beach, where it is difficult to find a place. The sea was covered in algae and dirty.
7. The administrator Olya seems to be attentive, but she didn’t book a junior suite with air conditioning for us (although we agreed that we would move there for 5 days on August 5), in fact, this already finished us off - it’s hard to survive three nights with almost no sleep on such a “vacation” .
8. I am very pleased with the swallows, whose nests are located above the entrance doors to the rooms : ))) This is a really pleasant neighborhood.
9. Simulators are disassembled and broken parts from them. The billiard table is dead.
10. But the kids feel good here - a kind of presence of an animator adds fun to them.
And parents face everyday problems.
