Our room, like the rest of the hotel, delighted us with beautiful design and positive. The interior, wallpaper, decoration, furniture, curtains in beige and chocolate colors emphasize the atmosphere of rest and relaxation. All hotel staff from the reception to the bar are friendly and hospitable. At the bar at any time you can drink a cup of aromatic coffee or a delicious cocktail, smoke a hookah for every taste. I also want to note the delicacy of the maids, who will never bother cleaning the room without a sign posted by us on the door with a corresponding request. And right from the bed you can admire the waves and hear their noise. I dream of immersing myself in this beautiful aura of the Dimanche Hotel again next year, and we will come with friends. We chose the Hotel based on the photo and its proximity to the sea, all variations correspond to the picture! The next day we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and we were served a hodgepodge with worms, at the request to call the administrator, he was not found, they called the cook who, when asked what it was, answered that it was a larva or a worm and pushed it to the edge of the plate, and said (well sorry, these are products, it happens !!! ) the administrator or she called herself the director at the reception, not adequately, it’s not clear who she is building and when asked what kind of nonsense call the director, she dialed someone and told us to wait an hour !!!
After the arrival of this alleged director, we didn’t see her, she told us you need you and look for him somewhere on the territory, we decided to take the money for accommodation. how we arrived on the 3rd day, but she began to resent the administrator that we had already lived and could return only one day in advance. as it was 14:00. Cursing for a long time, she agreed that we had been waiting all the time because of her and supposedly the director, after that we went to collect things for 10 minutes, we went out to pick up the money, she began to cook porridge, she did not want to raise her voice, she began to call security and drive out of the hotel.
After we sneezed with this nightmare, we went to pick up the car from the parking lot, and the administrator began to call the police, telling them that drunk guests were leaving them and threatening that they would stop us, that we had no tourist tax, filmed us and the car. This is a nightmare, we have never seen a worse hotel!!! !

We lived in a “suite” on the 5th floor for 2300 UAH/night. There is no lift in the hotel. So be prepared to carry things with you. By the way, this room does not reach the word “luxury” at all!
- Small area - the number was two-room, but the total living area there is no more than 15 square meters.
- No hot water - it felt like the water was 25 degrees.
- No phone
- No bathrobe and slippers
- No shower gel/shampoo
- The room is not cleaned, the floor is full of sand
From the suite there are only 2 plasmas, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, for the password to which you need to go down from the 5th floor to the reception desk.
Food
A banquet was ordered for dinner, which was served late. In assortment:
Grilled vegetables are cold.
- salads are unseasoned heaps of vegetables in strange combinations.
- pork kebab - cold and not fried until tender.
- the fries smelled like fish, like they were fried in the same oil.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. An omelette with three slices of cucumber, three cherry tomatoes, three slices of ham, lettuce, and 20g of beans will cost you 80 UAH and 40 minutes of waiting + the most disgusting latte in my life, which did not even look like a latte, costs 40 UAH and also 40 minutes of waiting . In addition, the cherry tomato was replaced with three slices of an ordinary tomato, and a lettuce leaf with a spicy crunch of sand on the teeth. One of their guests was served tomatoes with hair from the chef.
The staff does not know how to work in the service sector, and is not customer-oriented at all, everything is done reluctantly, as if with a huge favor.

During the day it is impossible to sleep even with the windows closed, and in the evening the tenant of the summer terrace refused to make it quieter, in general, it was not possible to listen to the sea in the evening.

Stairs and corridors during the day are not wiped from water and sand, it is dirty at the reception (besides this sand there are a lot of other people's things: mattresses, circles, swimwear, diapers), like in a communal apartment! 4. Audibility is very strong! From the very morning at 7:00 you can hear the loud speech and laughter of the staff. 5. Swimming in the pool after 22:00 is not allowed, although the attendants regularly violate this rule. We also witnessed how the hookah man and the cook, after the client, sat smoking the hookah in front of us, well, it’s just disgusting for me. Service is considered at the highest level when you do not notice the staff, and not when you constantly stumble upon it and participate in some kind of showdown between the cook and the reception! 7. There is an old base nearby from where you can hear the toilet from time to time, garbage cans also emit a smell at the entrance, the entrance to the hotel is all covered with bottles and rubbish, something needs to be done about this! Ina last: a good new hotel, but the work has not been established, we appeal to the owner - take action and it's probably worth changing the manager.
