We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the sea, the presence of a swimming pool, and a new renovation, but all the charms ended there! 1. Nobody cleans the pool from sand. 2. Sun loungers near the pool without umbrellas and no one wipes them either, that is, someone can stain it with ice cream so it will stand and not enough for everyone. 3. Stairs and corridors during the day are not wiped from water and sand, it is dirty at the reception (besides this sand there are a lot of other people's things: mattresses, circles, swimwear, diapers), like in a communal apartment! 4. Audibility is very strong! From the very morning at 7:00 you can hear the loud speech and laughter of the staff. 5. Swimming in the pool after 22:00 is not allowed, although the attendants regularly violate this rule. We also witnessed how the hookah man and the cook, after the client, sat smoking the hookah in front of us, well, it’s just disgusting for me. Service is considered at the highest level when you do not notice the staff, and not when you constantly stumble upon it and participate in some kind of showdown between the cook and the reception! 7. There is an old base nearby from where you can hear the toilet from time to time, garbage cans also emit a smell at the entrance, the entrance to the hotel is all covered with bottles and rubbish, something needs to be done about this!
