Очень разочарованы Very disappointed

We chose the hotel because of its close location to the sea, we arrived with my husband specifically in September, hoping for a quiet time. Dimanche from French Sunday, Sunday does not smell here!
The first disappointment was the level of service! We took a junior suite, overlooking the sea, there were no slippers or bath accessories (shampoo and shower gel) in the room, and they didn’t give it.
The food is disgusting and not tasty, dumplings turned out to be defrosted semi-finished products, tea was like slop on hydrogen sulfide water.
But most of all, THE CONSTANTLY RUMBLING MUSIC on the summer playground was BAD, the sound of the sea was drowned out by terrible loud music all day long!! ! During the day it is impossible to sleep even with the windows closed, and in the evening the tenant of the summer terrace refused to make it quieter, in general, it was not possible to listen to the sea in the evening.
Everything that was written on the site about the service is complete nonsense : (( vacation was ruined!
