We got there: to Odessa by train, then by minibus "Odessa - Kurortnoe" from the station (with difficulty we found it - no one could tell), then a local taxi (70 UAH, and 2 minutes to go). The boarding house is located on the outskirts of the village. You will find the official description of "Balzaminat" on the website. The boarding house itself is one of the few OASIS in the village of Kurortnoe. In principle, the overall assessment is good. Of the benefits: helpful staff, clean territory, swimming pool (about 3 by 9 meters), sports ground, barbecue, own kitchen (and there is practically nowhere to eat in the Resort - 2-3 establishments and EVERYTHING), WI-FI, in the rooms - TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom. Of the minuses: in the rooms without a request, they don’t clean and take out the garbage, they don’t change the bed and towels, the cleaning is not so thorough, the food is not very good - that is, they won’t let you die of hunger, but you won’t get better (you will buy more vegetables and fruits). 150 meters to the sea - this is in a straight line, BUT you have to go along the streets and run about 400 meters. The descent to the sea is 100-150 meters, the last 20 meters are especially steep (this is not suitable for all the elderly). The beach is sandy, but most of it is not cleaned, and our people are shameless rednecks, shitting right under their feet. There are NO changing cabins, toilets, sunbeds on the beach. And in general, there are NO public toilets in the Resort, and a lot of people came this year. Well, "that's all" around the bushes and nooks and crannies. Resort itself is a remote village. There is nothing to watch. If you are by car, go to Shabo, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky or Odessa, which actually saves on cloudy days.

Nice hotel with pool, great staff. The room has everything. The minus of the room is poor soundproofing, if the neighbors come across noisy, then you are out of luck. Go to the sea 5 minutes. If we compare the hotel Anna Maria in which we were and Balzaminate, then Balzaminate is better. The food is much tastier and cheaper and the staff is much more helpful.
