You asked the same question for 3-4 days. During this time, they did not dare to check whether it is possible or not? Or do you want someone else to do it for you? More
Yes, everything is simple here, there are only 2 options - either you can or you can't. More
I think so if it’s expensive to call from Israel, but it’s possible to order via the Internet, then most likely you should go to the hotel’s website. all the guests are occupied there. More
Hey, thanks a lot for your help! I can't find the hotel's website. I searched every possible way. You know, maybe if they even have an option to make an order over the Internet?

3* (tel. +38 (04744) 4-04-95 or 3-35-27) is not the best option to stay, as of my opinion... It is very close to the park, but the service is not very good, I'd rather say it's Soviet service... The hotel belongs to the Soviyevka Park itself, so it looks like it doesn't have an official separate site. To be sure it is better to book the hotel via telephone.
Actually, there are several hotels in the city, but very few of them have English-version site or provide an option of booking via Internet. In your case I would advise to look for other hotels via booking com or tripadvisor.
