We booked a Dolce Vita with the hope of a New Year's program... the price is rather high, but the "New Year's program" lasted 3 hours, included 80% of competitions for children and their parents, the rest of the audience simply got bored. There were already 1-2 New Year's songs, but they did not forget to include Pirozhkov's "Alcoholic" and the rest of the nonsense in the New Year's repertoire !! ! In short, a complete disappointment! And we have something to compare with in the same Svyatogorsk. We do not, of course, take foreign trips.
About the hotel room: on arrival I had to ask for a vacuum cleaner, because. the garbage was very frankly all over the carpet, and behind the bedside tables there were still clubs of cobwebs and dust. For 4 days, they never cleaned it again, didn’t offer to do it, and we even took out the garbage from the bucket ourselves - a strange service...
We ordered a Russian bath, I asked the administrator what to take with me. The answer pleased: nothing is needed, everything is there. It turned out "there are" 2 towels, one sheet, a kettle and that's it. There is no water in the kettle, there is not at least a couple of tea bags, there are not even cups from which to drink tea if you bring your own, and the administrator also left on her own business - there is no one to ask, and you have already undressed and waste time to get dressed and go to the room just sorry. They can bring tea from the restaurant, but, in addition to paying for the drink itself, they will charge 50 UAH for delivery... the distance of 50 meters will be covered by taxi ???!! ! Yes, and for the bath itself, the payment turned out to be 100 UAH more expensive with reference to the holidays, which was not warned anywhere, although it was booked a week in advance.

Of the pluses - silence in the hotel, warmth in the room, a great mood from a vacation together and nature (which is not the merit of the hotel).
And yes, the manager Julia is quite friendly and helpful.
