I want to share my impressions about the living conditions and organization of services for vacationers in building 6. We have been staying at this resort for many years. But such "comfort" faced for the first time. When meeting guests, the manager draws our attention to the fact that the hotel has a 4-star level, but in fact it is far from it. It is hot in the room during the day, the bed is stained, the towels are washed and with holes (such towels should be discarded). And most importantly, the bathroom constantly has an unpleasant smell of sewerage, from which you can get poisoned. And waking up in the morning from the smell of sewerage is probably the dream of every vacationer! And there are a lot of little things in service, there are not enough signs to describe. There are, of course, pleasant moments: thanks to the chef, he cooks deliciously, honey. The staff makes a great impression. And the youngest staff, these are maids, people perform their duties with particular diligence. Thank you very much for this category. Special request: learn to have 4 stars not in status, but in the level of service. P. S. . maybe in the new building and in the suites there is some kind of correspondence, but the hotel does not consist only of suites! I really do not want to leave with such an impression about DiAnna, especially since this resort was one of my favorites.
