But the hotel guide Petro is just a charlatan. On the first day of arrival, we paid for a transfer from the hotel to Lviv (train station). Departure from the hotel at 9:15. The day before departure, we were told that the transfer would be either at 8:50 or 10:00. It was not entirely clear what such changes were for. But attention, dear tourists, now everything will become clear.
In the morning, on the day of departure, instead of the expected hotel bus, a dirty car was waiting for us. The driver said that this is our transfer. On the way from Skhidnytsia, we asked where he was staying in Lviv. The driver replied that they would not take us to any Lviv. We are going to Drohobych, where he will transfer us to a bus to Lviv. They immediately called the hotel guide.
He began to lie that the hotel bus we were expecting would meet us in Drohobych. As a result, we were brought to the bus station in Drohobych and crammed into a bus full of people. And now attention, simple mathematics. We paid UAH 900 for the transfer. for two adults and a child. A taxi from Skhidnytsia to Drohobych costs UAH 200, a minibus from Drohobych to Lviv costs UAH 100. from a person Where did our 400 hryvnias go? That's right, they were appropriated by the hotel guide Petro.
It is unpleasant and disgusting that such a person compromises a beautiful four-star hotel, even during the war.

Restaurant "Jumbo", with its colorful interior, good cuisine and live music, will delight fans of another type of "active" recreation.
In the main building there are a couple of bars, a cinema, a games room, a gym. The interior decoration of the building is impressive. Meals in the restaurant, located in the main building of the hotel, are organized as a buffet and pleased with the quality and sufficient variety. The staff of the hotel's medical center is sufficiently qualified and performs its duties well. I would especially like to mention the head physician of the center Alexander Alexandrovich, vascular surgeon Taras Grigoryevich, urologist Oleg Stepanovich. Their work is an example of professionalism and humanity. Clean air, healing water, accommodation in a cozy hotel - everything you need to maintain and restore health, you will find in the recreation center "DiAnna".

I didn't like that there was no transfer. 25 kilometers from Truskavets to Skhidnytsia, the hotel cannot provide a transfer for its guests. In Skhidnitsa itself, there are few excursions, any events. No animation.

There is simply nothing to complain about. Excellent, modern, clean room, by the way, not the most expensive. Ate in the restaurant "White Lion" - the freshest food cooked very tasty. Attentive and caring staff who know how to be inconspicuous. Swimming pool, cinema bar, well-groomed territory. I don’t give the highest mark because of some impressiveness of the nurses in the medical center, but then take, they probably can’t be fixed in any way.

We rested in Diana for the second time. Everything was great the first time, so we went to 2018 again. And it turned out that in vain. The chef in the dining room has changed, who obviously knows nothing about digestive problems: there were practically no dietary dishes. And it turned out that you remained hungry or eat something marinated, or with tomato or fried, and the whole effect of drinking water is leveled.

It should be noted, as the presence of a private pool, spa, gym, restaurant, where delicious dishes are prepared. And of course, I would like to say a huge thank you to the friendly and helpful staff of the resort. I take water walking in the park - to visit the Carpathians and not see all its beauties, this is unforgivable. We went skiing to Borislav - we liked it very much (Bukovitsa. Not Krutogir). Be sure to go to Skhidnitsa, capture everything on the camera, there will be something to remember when you return home. I had a lot of rest in the Carpathians (Transcarpathia, Bukovel) and in Turkey, but the fabulous vacation spent in Dianna cannot be compared with anything.

Excursions 2 were included in the ticket, excellent, the guide was on the level. The rooms are good, cleaned every other day, because there was an influx of vacationers. The medical department is weak, the girls are young and beautiful, they work in such excellent conditions, but they move like sleepy flies. I was scheduled for a procedure on the joint lasting 5 minutes, so the nurses (everyone who did) drop the sensor 3 times in 5 minutes to let go of other procedures. Let's put the sensor in the patient's hands, it will be more useful. Massage is not always timed. One young and handsome masseur, when he stood in front, near his head, smelled so much from the suit in the pants area that you could even endure the saints. I understand: it's summer, it's hot, but it means you need to change your overalls more often. Ultrasound was not impressed either, the abdominal organs were suggested to be done after dinner. . . when the doctor came from Truskavets, and not on an empty stomach, as expected. You can have a good rest without treatment. Do not take the attic, one of the couple has to get into bed on all fours.

It is hot in the room during the day, the bed is stained, the towels are washed and with holes (such towels should be discarded). And most importantly, the bathroom constantly has an unpleasant smell of sewerage, from which you can get poisoned. And waking up in the morning from the smell of sewerage is probably the dream of every vacationer! And there are a lot of little things in service, there are not enough signs to describe. There are, of course, pleasant moments: thanks to the chef, he cooks deliciously, honey. The staff makes a great impression. And the youngest staff, these are maids, people perform their duties with particular diligence. Thank you very much for this category. Special request: learn to have 4 stars not in status, but in the level of service. P. S. . maybe in the new building and in the suites there is some kind of correspondence, but the hotel does not consist only of suites! I really do not want to leave with such an impression about DiAnna, especially since this resort was one of my favorites.
