In June 2019, I rested with my wife in DiAnna, everything was fine until another family was placed in an adjacent room! Administrator Yury replied that the hotel wants to make a profit, and a JOINT bathroom for a 4-star hotel is the NORM, i. e. Customer comfort is not important! The issue of sanitary standards is not taken into account at all, one bathroom (shower, toilet bowl, washbasin, etc. ) is used by completely outsiders (including their guests)! This is 4 STARS in Ukrainian!! !
