Hotel "Dianna" consists of several buildings - residential, medical, entertainment, auxiliary. The territory is closed from strangers. There is a checkpoint with an attendant. There is a sports ground, gazebos, various architectural structures - fortresses, fountains, gazebos, benches for relaxation. There are flower beds and ornamental trees. The paths are paved with brukovka. There are not enough naturally growing trees, shrubs, but since a full-fledged forest begins across the road, this does not matter much. Finishing work was still carried out in some buildings of the hotel. It was sometimes heard. The difference from foreign hotels is that this hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities. But this is a disadvantage of almost all hotels in Ukraine. It's a pity.
The standard room in the 3rd building is very good. The designer thought of everything, down to the smallest detail. Everything is harmonious - curtains, a bedspread on the bed, a wall panel-clock, lamps, a mirror in the shower room. Classy wardrobe with mirrored doors. Bed with comfortable mattresses and quality linens. TV plasma (the choice of programs is very frail), there is a small refrigerator. There is a safe in the closet. There are three large umbrellas for rainy weather. The entrance door is equipped with a key card lock, it also ensures the inclusion of the light in the room. The refrigerator is always connected. The bathroom has quality fixtures. Everything is very comfortable. Hot, cold - around the clock with good pressure. For two, six towels. They change - no problem. Also, cleaning the room, changing beds, etc. The main disadvantage of the third building is the presence of a basement. It’s not very pleasant when the window is at ground level - you have to keep the curtains closed. Yes, and this panorama is blocked by a van that someone parked in front of the windows. The internet worked 50/50 at best. The administrator referred to the carrying out of some work... Yes, and with mobile communications, too, it was necessary to adapt, especially with LIFE. Yes, and one more minus. There is no visor above the entrance to the building, and to the medical center, and to others too. This is very inconvenient when it rains. There is not enough third hand to close the umbrella and open the door without getting wet.
Three meals a day. For lunch and dinner, pre. an order of two options for the main course and a side dish. But everything is very, very tasty, appetizing, beautiful. Baking is great. Fruits - oranges, bananas, grapes, delicious apples, dried apricots, prunes - delicious. For my taste - they rarely cooked vegetables for a side dish, I would like more. And no cheese. And a big thank you to the chef! And the waitresses too!

The medical center and staff are beyond praise. Everything is very professional and high quality. Salt room, "Dead Sea", massage procedures, consultations with a therapist, ozocerite - all at the highest level. An excellent swimming pool with hydromassage facilities, there is also a jacuzzi, a bath with cool water, sun loungers for relaxation, a circulating shower. As for me - the temperature of the water in the pool is a bit high = +29. When visiting the pool, they give out a huge towel. The wish to the administration is to more strictly control the washing of visitors in front of the pool, and their number in the pool. Sometimes it was too much! Yes, and when carrying out procedures in the baths, I would like to have comfortable handrails there.
In the Jumbo restaurant, they periodically drank coffee, beer, and both were very tasty. There is also a children's playroom and a sauna on the ground floor. Were once in the sauna. Sauna, like all saunas. There is a jacuzzi. But, after the sauna, when you are all relaxed, I would like to relax in a comfortable chair, and not on a hard chair.
Were on excursions in Lviv and near Skhidnitsa - in the Tustan fortress and Carpathian Switzerland. Everyone liked it very much! There are no words for admiration. Especially delighted with the guide Nadezhda. The breadth of her knowledge is simply amazing. It was very interesting to learn a lot of new, interesting things about the nature of the region, about the local names of rivers, villages, about architecture, about famous people, about religion, about beer production, and just about the beauty of the Carpathians! Thank her SO MUCH! A positive impression from the trips was smeared by our Ukrainian roads - or rather, their complete absence in some places.
Would we still come to the Dianna Hotel? If on a trade union ticket - yes, without a doubt. If for your own cash - probably not. Expensive.
