Passport for a child. Ukraine.
Tell me, please, I want to make a passport for the child. Ukraine. The question arose, the birth certificate of the child is laminated. And as I understand it, after the issuance of a passport, a mark is put on the certificate. How important is this mark, if I don’t put it (or rather, they won’t be able to put it), will it be reflected somehow in the future?

These are all rumors. No mark is given. Both of my children's certificates are laminated, and nothing, they have already changed 3 travel documents each)). I made a passport for my son in September, and we already left on it. It is better to do it in the DP "Document" - quickly, the minimum overpayment (public services), and there are no queues.

without overpayments just at the Center for Administrative Services, if Kyiv is the Dnieper embankment, it is about 300 UAH cheaper than in Documenta. Deadlines are the same.

The mark is not set.
Look carefully at transliteration - they make mistakes, then they carry a blizzard that their transliteration tables differ from those in OVIR. This is me on the Dnieper embankment, but maybe everyone is like that.

They do not put any marks in the birth certificate (I did it 4 years ago in the regional OVIR and this year in the "Passport Service" on Shevchenko b. 27 in Kyiv). Without overpayments only in OVIR, in other places you also have to pay for the "service".
