The fact is that the conversion takes place at a specially set rate, which often differs from the rate in exchangers, banks do not hesitate to put it close to the NBU rate when buying currency, and when selling it, it is higher than the rate in exchangers by about 1 hryvnia (if the exchange rate unstable, then maybe 2-3 hryvnias). Also, in addition to the withdrawal fee, there is usually a conversion fee, which is another + 1%. So, in general, the resulting rate will be lower than the NBU.
