The main thing is that in Russian and Ukrainian languages all the necessary columns should be filled in. My relative did not have a date of birth (in Russian) filled in .... before that, no one in one service noticed this .... and a year ago, when traveling to the Crimea, Russian border guards turned her back because of this.
