CASES IN WHICH A CITIZEN OF UKRAINE MAY BE TEMPORARILY REFUSED TO CROSS THE STATE BORDER

According to Art. 6 Law of Ukraine "On the Procedure for Departure from Ukraine and Entry into Ukraine of Citizens of Ukraine" a citizen of Ukraine may be temporarily denied travel abroad in cases where:
he is aware of the information that constitutes a state secret;
there are unsettled alimony, contractual or other unfulfilled obligations;
a criminal case has been initiated against him;
he is convicted of a crime;
he evades the fulfillment of obligations imposed on him by a court decision;
he deliberately provided false information about himself;
he is subject to compulsory military service;
a civil suit has been filed against him;
by a court verdict, he is recognized as a particularly dangerous recidivist or is under administrative supervision of the police.
