Do you know that the visaer accepts complaints about this or is it not their problem but the airport ?? I would love to file a complaint somewhere. It can only be in Ukraine that they postponed flights and did not provide transportation of passengers to the airport !! It seems that they just postponed the stop and not the departures !!! I was so pleased with the visaer, but I probably will have to change the air carrier, now I need to get to kiev, with heavy suitcases, then even to the airport, and still hang around there all night because the visaers have early departures.
