I understand that you are a citizen of Russia. Then what kind of visa regime are we talking about? Apparently you have overdue 90 days of stay, but this is not a ban on entry. Call the Russian consulate and find out how you can proceed officially. As far as I know, you can pay a fine

in general, such issues need to be resolved before leaving, my relative had a similar situation, she applied to the Russian consulate, you can still write a question to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, attach a certificate, they will give you at least some kind of answer.
