The sea is normal, only there are no beaches in the AKZ area (I mean sand). Pechsany beach goes to Slobodka, on the 3rd beach, on the entire spit, and on Azure. If you are looking for an inexpensive option, and the braid does not suit you on a budget, see Azure. There is an inexpensive Aviator base, and a more solid base (I don’t remember the name). As a former local, and now coming to Berdyansk many times every year, I would recommend this particular part of the city to you. Yes, it is far from the center (by bus or car). BUT not as crowded as on all other beaches in the city. And the sea is exactly the same as on the spit (and not the bay, as on AKZ, Slobodka and the 3rd beach).
