They will let you into Russia and back to Ukraine. But you must enter Russia either with a negative test for COVID, or undergo a 14-day quarantine, or take a test within 3 days after entry.

Citizens of Russia without options pass the test within 72 hours after entry, there are no quarantine or test options before entry.

A familiar Russian with Ukrainian permanent residence a few days ago dangled to Russia and back. Everything is fine. There is one caveat: upon arrival in Russia, a covid test made in Ukraine is of no interest to anyone. Upon arrival, you need to pass a new PCR, enter these results on the website of Rospotrebnadzor (at the airport they will tell you how) and only with the result you can go back. If the PCR was approved, but there are no results, they will not be released from Russia. So look for a local laboratory in Russia that gives results as quickly as possible, and keep this in mind when buying tickets back from Russia to UA.
A friend took at least 3 days to travel:
day one: arrival and passing the analysis,
day two: obtaining the results and entering them on the site (the task is not an easy one, because the Rospotrebnazdor website is constantly buggy),
day three: in the morning you can leave.

Yes, it’s hard to upload test results to the Rospotrebnadzor website, especially because there isn’t even such a section there. It is necessary to ship to the State Services.
You don't have to wait three days either. Tests are done at any Moscow airport upon arrival, the express test is ready in 12 hours. When entering by land / water transport, the test is not required at all.

Not all Russian airports do tests in 12 hours, unfortunately...
