DSTU norms are very good, but only hotels that have been certified and have confirmation of their "stars" are required to comply with them. As a rule, in Ukraine, many hotels simply assign star rating to themselves, i.e. "draw ". First you need to make sure that the hotel"Vinnitsa" really has a confirmation of at least the 1st star - then you can demand it. Otherwise, when and how to clean the rooms is only on the conscience of the managers, according to their invented rules. I doubt that there are certified hotels in Koblevo with at least 1 confirmed star, not to mention 3.
