(we stood in the scorching sun) after waiting 10-15 minutes, we, of course, began to resent! The organizer called the travel agency several times, and then they referred to the administrator. After 20 minutes, the manager left. of course, we were indignant and asked why we were forced to wait, to which she turned around and again went into the office !!! the organizer broke through the turnstile and security and tried to talk to the administrator. she got frostbitten and closed herself in the office! 40 minutes later we had to take extreme measures - we blocked the entrance! when about 30 people gathered, we were allowed into the water park (I note right away that drunk and violent among us

On the night of June 27-28, the staff of the water park, namely, the bartenders of the bar, which is located near the stage and directly to the security, the so-called security, severely beat a man, allegedly for an unpaid bill of 1-2 cocktails. At the same time, bartenders throughout the disco served the young man with his friends and all bills were paid immediately, with a lot of tips. The presented, allegedly unpaid invoice was dated 06/27/2015, while June 28 had come a long time ago. That is, a person was beaten for "an unpaid bill", which at that time was more than a day old, which means that the check was invalid!!! I think that in this way, the staff decided to make money on the client, drawing attention to the fact that the man has enough money. There is confidence that this is not a single incident that occurred on the territory of the water park! After reading the comments below, it is clear that many are dissatisfied with the service, which means there is a real problem! We will never come to you on vacation again and we will recommend not to visit your "institution" in order to stay alive and without serious bodily harm!
