At the moment, there is no special attention to foreigners at all. There is nothing to talk about at all, even if the flag on the T-shirt is drawn. Even if provoked, then 50/50 - they will spit, and will not get involved. The people of Kiev have always been friendly to visitors, ... responsive, so to speak. But it’s really better not to mess with nonresidents in Kyiv. That's it from the visitors a lot of trouble. Do you understand the difference?
