Crossing the Ukrainian-Russian border at the age of 17
I'm 17 years old. Having a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a foreign passport, can I temporarily (up to 14 days) enter the territory of Russia without the consent of my parents? Following the Civil Code of Ukraine, can I? (A person who has reached May 16 has the right to free independent travel outside of Ukraine). And will I have problems at the Russian border?

A foreign passport in Ukraine is issued from the age of 18. Therefore, it is not entirely clear how you can have a passport before reaching the age of 18. Although at the age of 17 it is possible to issue a passport with notarized permission from both parents. Or you can issue a children's travel document (children's passport, child's travel document) - a document by which a child (from 0 to 18 years old) can travel abroad both independently and accompanied by adults. According to Ukrainian legislation, accompaniment is mandatory for persons under 16 years of age inclusive. You are 17 years old, so you do not need an accompaniment.
And entry into Russia for up to 90 days is possible even with a foreign passport, even with an internal Ukrainian passport. The type of transport does not matter.
Good luck!

Can I step a little and ask a couple more questions?
since May 2014, it was then that I received a foreign one, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that replaces a children's travel document with a foreign passport (up to 16 years old - for 4 years, from 16 - for 10 years). So I'm the owner of an "adult passport"?
After all, outwardly and in terms of content, my passport is no different from the passports of my parents, also received in 2014
This ruling is just confusing.

Well, I argue like this. You have an absolutely legitimate document in your hands. You cross the border with him. It doesn't break anything. What questions might you have? Well, you won’t carry a light machine gun with you (we, Ukrainian Bandera, can’t go anywhere without it)? :))) But seriously, it will certainly be easier for you to cross the Ukrainian-Russian cordon with a passport. Although the presence of a passport (even internal, even foreign), like a visa in the passport, DOES NOT GUARANTEE entry to any country in the world, but only GIVE THE RIGHT to cross the border. Questions from border guards and customs officers can always arise. And you need to be ready for this. But in your particular case, you are absolutely not violating anything. So you need to be confident and calm. Dima, go and don't worry. Everything will be fine.
PySy. I did not know anything about the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers. Thanks for the info. But since the passport is in your hands, it means that it is valid and "correct". So - calmly and forward!

Thanks a lot!
a little off topic, but "absolutely legitimate" made me laugh :))
