And how will the call cost you in roaming and then the incoming from the taxi? You calculate how much money it is. Approximately I can say, from my own experience (having a Ukrainian operator), that it takes 3-5 minutes to make a call, and 1-2 minutes for an incoming one.

I understand, I give the phone number of the taxi that we have been using for at least the last year, and there it is up to you how you calculate all your expenses in relation to the order. When ordering this taxi, you name the exact delivery address, and after a while, the operator, by the phone number you have called back and informs the car that is coming for you and where it will be waiting, as well as the tariff (the latter can be reported immediately, when ordering ). At the end of the trip, you pay the named amount (the tip is your own business) and EVERYTHING! If you do not name the exact address (or at least the name of the exact object), then you are put on the "In the city" tariff and no one is responsible for the amount. If you now name the address (or object) where you need to go and the time of day when you plan to arrive in Boryspil, then I can call right there, while I'm still at the computer, and find out the cost of the trip (you can send the information in a personal message).
