Hotel is ok but staff is bad
We ordered for 7 days with an advance payment upon arrival, it turned out to be 6, the administrator refused, or pay for 7 or we won’t give the deposit, boors! The beach is not cleaned, sunbeds for money, even though there are hotels nearby for free.
Dirty rooms, lack of service. No desire to return
As for me, this hotel can only be considered as "come for a couple of days": when the service is not important, the cleanliness in the room - "well, it's okay that they don't clean, we came to the sea.

The hotel is very good, good furniture, delicious cafe, every 3 days the room is cleaned. I was not pleased with the inattention of the administrator Elena. We were supposed to leave on the 23rd, and due to the fact that she did not enter the correct data, we were evicted on the 22nd.

The first star for normal beds, I saw they wrote that the beds were terrible. The beds in our room were not bad. The second is 50 meters from the sea. We came with 6 adults and 2 children.

The hotel was chosen after seeing advertisements on the Internet. The first impression was quite good, because the territory of the complex is quite large, quite clean. But going to the room, all the positive falls to zero.
Horror
I want to leave this review, although I know that there are many such bad ones, and the results are 0! We booked a two-room suite, the price for it was 2900, we thought it would match the price, but alas!
The management is terrible!
I traveled with my family (with my wife and two small children). We booked a cottage for ourselves (for a week), we were billed for payment, according to which it was necessary to pay 30% of the cost of the tour to the card.
