Well, the chefs of this restaurant have not yet understood that people will share this information with each other, this is, firstly, and secondly, wealthy people eat fresh, natural and simple food. By the way, fresh fruits and dairy products are sold right outside the hotel. Have a nice holiday!
On the "prompt" of the manager, he settled not in "Panorama" ("well, what are you going to look at the construction site there"), but in the buildings along the pool. Yes, and on the first floor (although agreed on the second, but the manager SO apologized! ). Such pioneer camp numbers with the audibility of neighbors up to their sleepy muttering, not to mention other sounds emitted by them. Lying in bed, I looked at the ceiling, lined with unplaned, unpainted wooden blocks (chalet, or something). The bathroom did not upset anything, everything worked, except for the leaky shower. because of which there was always water on the floor. Room cleaning was not bad.
There were no complaints about the sea and the beach. All OK. He swept the sand from the sun loungers himself, otherwise everything was kosher). Except that after 9 am it was dangerous to sail more than 5 meters from the shore - jet skis were rented on both sides of the beach. which, over the heads of vacationers, were carried away to the sea, returned back, also confusing locations, and flew right into the bathers. The security on the beach shrugged - and SHO we can do...
Animators (went with a child)... They were. Painfully lazy. Limited in fantasy only by face painting and playing Azak robbers (this is when the children fled and no one is looking for them). Compared to last year, it sucks. An exception is the animator Liza, who conducted stretching classes with children (or whatever it is? ).
During a stay with a child at one of the games in the restaurant, I observed a curious picture through the kitchen doors: at the counter, where ready-made dishes are, a certain man in black smoked (yes, in the kitchen), fumigating all the food, but the crown of everything It was. when he knocked out the mouthpiece on the same stand. They haven’t heard about the HACCP system (HACCP), but then take... Not 5 stars, after all! )))
The food in the restaurant was delicious. but only the one that was. Many dishes could not be ordered for several days. “It’s over, they didn’t deliver, ” the waiters broadcast, for some reason very proud of the information they provided about the absence. "The dough for pancakes is over, but the cook does not make more" - from such.
Chef cooking wasn't about putting Gordon Ramsay or Andrew Zimmern to shame with palate-caressing gourmet dishes and molecular cuisine delighting the eye, no. The chef, with an air of importance, cooked on an open fire either pilaf or bograch - dishes that my friend cooks with the same air of importance on the hunt when he manages to get out. By the way, much tastier, even though he is not a chef. But I would take this chef Zemlyansky as the chef of the field kitchen))).
Prices for dishes - yes, high, but no one promised that it would be cheap. For a family of 2 adults and 1 child of 6 years old, we managed to meet 2500 UAH per day. Without alcohol and frills. Fresh fruits were sold outside the hotel.
In general terms, that's all. You need to go there if you love it very much. . . I don't even know what a person should love to go there. . . personally, I'll choose another place for this money, that's for sure.

Rooms. We had a room in building 1 for 2500. The first disappointment is a double bed, consisting of two one-and-a-half attached to each other. Sleeping between us was a small child who constantly fell into the joint between the beds. Such a surprise awaits you in all rooms of this category. We personally had a balcony meter by meter, two adults would no longer miss each other. Wi-fe in the room is very poor.
In the mini bar there are 4 bottles of 0.5 of the cheapest water "Karpatska Dzherelna", do you want to drink? - pay for each 30 UAH. Sorry, but this is blatant bullshit.
Restaurant. Overpriced and not tasty. That's honest. Chefs just don't know how to cut chicken fillet into children's nuggets. They cut along, not across the fibers, then literally I, an adult, have to tear off a piece of meat with an effort with my teeth, but the child cannot even chew. So to spoil a tender chicken fillet you need to have talent. Dumplings are disgusting in taste, stuck together in one lump, torn, frozen semi-finished dumplings, semolina porridge in lumps and with a film of milk, you can safely not order pancakes at all. You can talk separately about each dish, but the review will turn out to be several pages long. There were several edible ones! fish dishes and pizza. Another outrageous two prices in the check - one in small print and the second in large bold with a 10% tip to the waiter. When paying through the terminal, some waiters, without asking, drive in the amount with a tip. Sorry, but did I like the service of the waiter and, most importantly, how many hryvnia / percent I would like to decide for myself.
Free breakfasts. One title. You are given a deposit of 200 UAH per person and you must invest in these 200 UAH when ordering breakfast in a restaurant so that it is free. It is not always possible to pull off this "trick", given that a croissant with salmon, for example, costs 165 UAH and tea/coffee 50 UAH. Of course, you can invest in a deposit by ordering pancakes with meat and sour cream for 80 UAH or an omelette, but somehow you don’t really want to have the same breakfast all the time. Is it really such a problem to launch a Swedish line for breakfast? Why do you want to rip off more money from the guest at every step?
Children's animation. They are two girls who are sometimes seen leading several children around the hotel. For kids from entertainment, this is aqua make-up and a half-hour disco with completely non-children's songs.
A special final keepsake from the Goodzone Hotel was a host of small splinters on my child's feet. All three of my sister's children have the same story. Boards are everywhere: by the pool, near the children's sand area, board paths by the sea.
I do not recommend the Goodzone hotel in Zatoka!

I do not recommend staying at your hotel while construction work is underway on the territory during the holiday season.

But it looks like this year we came here for the last time. The quality of food and service in the restaurant has deteriorated greatly. Strongly poisoned dumplings and lasagne - a day of rest just had to lie in a layer in the room. The waiters who served us did not work well: they constantly forgot part of the order, they carried the children's food for an hour, without warning in advance that they would have to wait. The kids can't wait that long for dinner.
For prices that are higher than in many restaurants in the center of Odessa, you expect quality and service at the level. I note that before we had no such claims to the restaurant, we were satisfied with everything.
Another thing I didn’t like was that if they called the administration with small requests, such as changing the sheet or bringing a kettle, they waited for several hours, and brought it only after repeated calls.
In general, it is a pity that our favorite place of rest has deteriorated so much.
The food in the restaurant is bad. We have been resting with them for 5 years, this year will be the last. 4 years out of 5 some of the children and adults have poisoning. They used to think that they could get poisoned by buying food not at a restaurant, but this year they ate exclusively at the Hudson restaurant. First the child was poisoned, then the adult. I do not recommend eating at the Hudsonclub restaurant. Last year, the youngest child was poisoned, as a result, he had to lie in a hospital in Odessa for a day.
2. Girls-administrators do not have time to do the amount of work. If you need anything, then they will have to wait until they have a free minute for you.
3. If the cost of the room is more than 2 thousand UAH per day, there are 3 bottles of non-carbonated mineral water "Morshinska" 0.5 l in the room, the cost of which is 30 UAH per unit. Some kind of joke. And when you check out, you will be asked to pay for 4 bottles)) Service!
4. The restaurant is just awful! Space prices. The menu is the usual. It was much better last year. If you ordered room service, be prepared to call again to pick up the dishes. There are no complaints about the waiters in the restaurant. I think for vacationers more than 5 days it would be possible to include at least breakfast in the price.
5. I was pleasantly surprised by the territory, its cleaning, security. Room cleaning at the highest level. Very friendly staff. 4 towels per person, changed every day.
Good place for a weekend getaway. Not more.
