We went 2 adults and 2 small children, for 6 days, 5 nights, we chose a base on the Internet, everything on the site is beautiful and cultural, an advance payment was sent for 1 day at the Villa 1400 UAH. When booking, they asked for infrastructure, we were assured that everything is there, a supermarket, a pharmacy, 3 restaurants. Upon arrival, a completely different picture. Everything is not as beautiful and comfortable as they have on the site, the rooms are small, everywhere is dirty, there is practically no territory, the only plus is the clean beach and the sea 25 meters away. There is no pharmacy and there probably wasn’t, a “supermarket” - if you can call it that, it doesn’t shine with an assortment, and the prices are the same as abroad, it’s not always possible to eat in a cafe-restaurant either, since they are located on the territory of hotels, and vacationers who eat there they live there, the prices are above average and you can wait more than an hour for food, but we already learned all this on the 2nd day after settling. So if they tell you that everything is available and available, do not believe a single word!
Naturally, we had nowhere to go, with 2 children in the heat, and we settled in. Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 11:00, upon arrival they clarified whether it would be possible to pay extra and check out later, the owner Viktor replied that it was possible, come up the day before departure and we will decide everything. On the 3rd day, in the evening, we decided to go to the center to buy groceries, but we didn’t manage to leave, because our car was packed, although the parking is paid, but it’s clear that no one is watching him like everyone else, then on our balcony which was in the room they started to make repairs without warning, they put up a ladder, climbed up and did what they needed, it’s in their order of things, as it turned out, because there is Nobody for them to rest !!!
The day before departure, we approached the owner Victor, and clarified for the departure, to leave at 16:00, so that the children could sleep at lunchtime, eat and go on the road, it would be 8 hours for us to go home, he said no problem, stay, agreed that payment by fact for the number of hours spent in the room, calculation upon delivery of the room and keys. In the morning we went to the sea, returned at 13:00, put the children to bed, started packing our bags and preparing dinner, at 14:00 a call from the owner Victor: “You need to leave, because there are people and they want to move in. ” To say we were shocked is an understatement. He didn’t want to listen to the agreement, he said people are waiting to leave because you need to clean the room, there was no question of apologies and some kind of compromise, as his inadequate daughter Irina snatched the phone, and started yelling that we had 5 minutes otherwise they will help us! Then they broke into the room with 2 cleaners to start cleaning, started yelling for us to leave, woke up the children. When we said that we agreed for an extension and payment after the fact, Irina shouted that this was not supported by anything, and we had 5 minutes to leave.

Further insults flew that we were “Sharoviki”, that we decided to live on the ball and didn’t pay money, that they have a business here, and we are so poor and economical that we decided to stay for half a day, and not pay them for another day. They don’t give a shit about children and they don’t care what happens to them. A lot more was said in our direction, we were already gathering during the cleaning in the room, we went to the shower and changed clothes, too, with them and with the doors open in the room, the children were woken up, not fed, the suitcases were packed for a quick, in general, the rest was a success, nothing you say not to write matyuki. Well, what can I say “Business”, as this girl said, only in such a business service is important, customer care, and respect for people to come to you, this problem could be solved or a compromise could be found, but we were simply evicted, kicked out as it’s not clear whom!!!
