Wonderful hotel, fresh furniture, clean, polite staff. The only thing I didn't like was that you could hear people smoking in the room. Although prohibition signs are everywhere. And in general, it affected my entire weekend. While walking through the hotel complex, I saw a cage. In which the animal sat like a stone, without blinking or moving. It was a big brown bear. (More precisely, it was Marta the bear). The animal sat in one place and looked sadly into the distance. . . His living conditions were so terrible that I felt uneasy. A small cage, in which the bear has nowhere to turn around, excrement is everywhere (it seems like they haven’t removed it for a year), the stench is such that it hurts the eyes, there is some kind of sour liquid in the food chute. Friends, visitors to the Filvarka Center. I beg you, do not be indifferent. Leave your negative feedback about the content of the animal. Perhaps the head of this hotel will wake up with a conscience, and he will find money to improve the living of the animal. In the worst case, you will have to contact the appropriate authorities that are competent in such matters.

Our company of 5 people - 3 adults and 2 children 5 and 8 years old arrived on the afternoon of 22.08. 10. At the entrance to the hotel, we were surprised that there were 2 receptions in the hotel. We were given the keys to the rooms, but we decided to go to dinner without checking in! The restaurant in the hotel with the cool name "Komora" impressed me with the affordability of prices, the freshness of the prepared dishes, and it was really delicious! Well, then unpleasant surprises began! It turned out that the hotel had 2 owners! one wing belongs to one and the other to another! on the one hand, the rooms are 50 UAH more expensive than on the other! Of course, we ended up on the more expensive side! To be fair, on the cheaper side there were renovations going on around the hotel and as far as we could see in some of the rooms! The next surprise was that the rooms (we had 2 of them) did not have a refrigerator!!! ! Although the official information is posted on the site and no one denied it when booking! Given that we are with children and the presence of a refrigerator, and this is simply not discussed, the situation was not pleasant! Another "pleasant" surprise for those parents who hope that their children will play safely on the playground! IT'S CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!! ! apparently both owners will not decide which of them will repair the trampoline! So, dear parents! ! and do not expect! Further: on the territory of the hotel (which, by the way, is beautiful and even well-groomed) there is a small swimming pool! It is fenced and the entrance and stay in this magical place will cost 20 UAH per hour from the nose (including for children). Also, in fairness, it should be noted that the pool was cleaned and washed! We just got on a sanitary day! YES and another surprise! The price of the room included breakfast! The place where these breakfasts were held can only be called a nook from the canteen of the pioneer camp! A corner, because the entrance to this building is from the backyard, so to speak, and the road to the room intended for eating lies through the corridor in which boxes with empty bottles are loaded and all this stuff is covered with an old blanket. The fact that repairs are everywhere cosmetic-shabby, we no longer paid attention to this! The breakfasts themselves also leave much to be desired, but of course - what do you want for that kind of money! I forgot about another surprise! On the territory of the hotel, as it turned out, there is a zoo corner! There is only one animal........................ you will not believe....... BEAR. You feel nothing but deep pity for this beast! The cage is probably never removed! He, poor fellow, was taken out in his waste products! The smell is appropriate! But that's not the point! This cell is clearly not enough for him, and you yourself understand what kind of care! In general: Why are you torturing your animal? fiends! That's it! we tried not to pay attention to all this garbage, but people need to know where they are going! Next time we will definitely not go here, and we will not advise others either!
