The hotel is good. Silence!!! The rooms are neat and clean. Cleaning daily. Change of towels despite the short check-in. It was not possible to evaluate the cuisine due to constant orders for festive evenings.

The hotel was chosen because of its location in the center of Kamenets. Called three weeks in advance and booked a room for two days. Before leaving, I called again and clarified the parameters of the reservation. Upon arrival, I was dumbfounded by the news from the hotel manager that I had one day reserved, and on the second they were already checking in someone and there were no more free rooms.

According to her assurances, the reservation was made to me by a girl who had already quit, so they don’t bear any responsibility, they say now these are my problems . . The owner of the hotel Taisiya said the same on the phone, who sarcastically said that she couldn’t accommodate us at home . . No apologies I did not receive any help from them... The mood was spoiled, I had to look for another hotel. I do not recommend to anyone!! !

Good day! I am adding my review, because. I think that there should be enough opinions to make the picture more objective. I must say right away that I am not one of the particularly corrosive "auditors" and I do not like to erect falsehoods. So everything that is written here is true. So, we celebrated NY 2012 with a company in Kamenets, stopped in Hetman, and celebrated at the Pid Brahma.

Now the facts. The interior of the hotel is really colorful and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly. Questions remain about comfort. They paid 580 UAH. for a standard room on the third and second floors. The rooms are interesting, stylishly decorated, but I will list the shortcomings that we felt.
1. It was chilly in the rooms (I’m not freezing), the batteries are a little warm, there is a sobering station in the corridors (they are practically not heated), while it’s about zero outside. In short, they save on heat. They turned on the air conditioner.
2. In our room, the TV showed 3 channels, the rest - snow. He asked me to fix something by the evening, in the evening they apologized, they said there was no one to fix it.
3. In the evening before the new year, we went to the shower, the water does not flow, as a result, we were opened the presidential suite on the ground floor and 6 people ran along the cold corridors with bath accessories in their hands)
4. The next morning the water appeared. In the shower cubicle, the watering can is fixed to the wall tightly and does not move, you can’t remove it either, as a result, every time we took a shower, we also did exercises, arching and substituting different parts of the body under the stream of water)
5. In the bathroom itself, it’s dark like in the basement, one ceiling lamp is high on the ceiling, and there is a light bulb by the mirror.
6. It is not clear why there are three trampled rugs on the floor, they look very tortured.
7. They gave a bunch of towels, but it was unpleasant to wipe yourself with them, they were very old and rude (I'm not a sissy))
Now about the restaurant. The breakfasts included in the price do not stand up to scrutiny, well, maybe scrambled eggs with bacon (bacon) is in order, the rest is laughter. They ate there for lunch, and 2 types of borscht, and potato pancakes, and hominy. Very simple, unpretentious and not very tasty. They bring borscht like a kitten, not enough) There are no matches in the restaurant, alcohol too, in general, with us a large company ran to the store for vodka) In the evening you need to tell what time you will have breakfast, you just cannot come and get breakfast, while all day they call the room and ask you to tell me when you will still have breakfast, like in the army)
The hotel itself is located as conveniently as possible, it's nice, but the neighboring building on the right - like during the war in Stalingrad (who saw the footage of the chronicle). We were told that they bought it a couple of years ago, but do nothing. As a result, if you approach the Hetman, on which 4 proudly shine! stars, then you look directly at this ruin)
So, I’ll say right away that these minor troubles didn’t spoil our mood at all, because. our company was very cheerful, and the mood to celebrate was excellent. However, to be honest, the Hetman Hotel was not impressive, although we paid more than usual, due to New Year's prices. In this hotel you will not be lost, that's for sure, but don't rely on good, by modern standards, service. Probably, one should still give preference to newly built hotels, such as 7 Days or Cleopatra, for example. We'll do that next time. Have a nice rest everyone, and we are moving on)

It is located in the very center of the city. It has an interesting interior. We had two rooms and a huge bathroom in our deluxe room on the 3rd floor. Beautiful furniture, a bed at the head with an icon. Bed linen with lace inserts, lace on the coffee table. The floor lamp and table lamp are made of leather. Wonderful every sofa and flat screen TV on the wall. Very interesting vase in the bathroom. All sorts of nice little things: comb, shower cap, soap, shampoos, bathrobes, 4 towels for each. Not in every hotel in Europe you will find such a service. Thanks to the hotel staff for such a service. We did not have time to use the sauna, but the courtyard, the hut and especially the restaurant with drawings on the walls were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel.

I travel quite regularly, but I was pleasantly surprised by the design of the Hetman Hotel. Antique clothes, household utensils, folklore rugs and bedspreads, wrought iron railings, Ethno-courtyard. Very nice. The room itself is good, standard. I liked the location of the hotel - the very center, next to the town hall and the park, but quiet, there is parking.

The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, especially the signature borscht. In general, it is pleasant to live, there is something to see and eat. Well, the city itself is a completely unusual landscape and an unimaginable number of architectural and natural beauties.

Suddenly, unexpectedly, they were moved to look at Kamyanets-Podilsky (we decided to combine business with pleasure, that is, to see the city and celebrate my husband's birthday). Much has been heard but not seen. In the evening we decided to go - in the morning we set off (by car). Five and a half hours of travel through the pits and potholes (such roads we have, especially in the spring) - and the key is in our pocket (on the road and its nuances, I will answer in a personal if you are interested).

The hotel was not chosen, because. two weeks ago, our son was in this city with a youth company and gave us clear instructions on where to settle. There, we, in the end, settled, without any problems.
So, a report on the Hetman Hotel.
1. Location:
You can’t think of a better place - the center of the old city, where all the main attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is located in an old building of the 18th century, which in itself is already a landmark. You left the main entrance, walked a hundred meters - and you are already at the City Hall, one of the historical sights of the city.
2. Number:
We had a junior suite (450 UAH per day with breakfast), consisting of a hall-living room (leather couch, table, TV on the cabinet), a corridor (wardrobe, sideboard, refrigerator), a bedroom (a large comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress, a bedside table with a table lamp, a table, individual air conditioning), a large bathroom (shower, toilet, mirror, sink, shelf, etc. ). Everything is done with the soul, you feel comfortable, at home. Also in the room there are bathrobes, towels (four each), safe, shower gel, shampoo, sewing kit, shower cap, hairbrush. Refrigerator-bar, filled with the minimum necessary (different water, beer, chips, nuts, cookies), however, there is no freezer in it, despite the presence of an ice mold. Of the very pleasant - the presence of decent quality Wi-Fi.
3. Hotel:
The hotel itself is a kind of museum, which was created by the owner on his own. There are so many exhibits of Ukrainian life, selected with a soul, that you constantly find something new - very interesting!
The hotel has its own restaurant (the design is super! ) with an underground hall and a street platform with the Grandma's Hut. Unfortunately, during our stay, the restaurant was closed (the lack of season and fasting affected), but judging by the quality of the breakfasts served to us, the cuisine in it is excellent! The hotel also has its own Finnish sauna of excellent quality with a swimming pool. The sauna is not included in the price (until 23.00 - 100 UAH per hour, after 23.00 - 120 UAH per hour, minimum order 2 hours, the price includes herbal tea of decent quality), but I recommend visiting it.
Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited!
4. Interior:
Requires special attention - from the first steps in the hotel (and this is the reception), you feel in the "residence of the Hetmans. " Everything is so thought out and corresponds to this idea that one simply marvels at the imagination of people who are fanatically in love with this spirit (this is felt at every step). Portraits (in originals) of all the Hetmans of Ukraine, and even authentic costumes of those times, are hung along the stairs. Across the entire flight of stairs, a red banner is hung, on which the words of the anthem are hand-embroidered - impressive! There are also canvases that tell about the heroes of past times. In general, the depth of the idea and its implementation impressed us. Cleanliness and well-groomed - correspond!
5. Restaurant:
This is a must see! With what inspiration and love everything is done there! And the interior decoration (one painting on the entire wall is worth something! ), And the courtyard, and especially, "Grandma's hut"!
6. Service:
They did not even expect that in Ukraine, you can feel like in Europe! Service - courteous! The girls from the reception (special thanks to Oksana for her sensitivity and responsiveness, as well as for the opportunity to inspect the entire hotel), the maids - impeccable service, no questions! Even such a trifle as ice was delivered to our room upon request, while even the minimum tip was accepted by people clumsily and with a guilty look (it was clear from everything that they were not accustomed).
Definitely, we will gather a company and get out there again! If the price is right, I highly recommend!
I will write a separate story about the city itself, as well as about a trip to Khotyn. I don't want to throw it all away.
If there are questions, I will be happy to answer.
