- in the morning there is nowhere to drink coffee (what prevents you from putting the machine? );
- in the dining room-restaurant is very dark, very;
- I lived in the same room with a colleague, they gave me one key, which was inconvenient.
Liked:
- spacious conference rooms;
- polite and not annoying staff;
- the location is good - in the city center;
- prices are normal.
To turn on the electricity in the room, you need to insert the card into a special unit. At the reception they do not warn about it, on the block of any inscription. The only way to settle down is to go to the front desk again.
Constant misunderstandings with the included breakfast. At first there were breakfasts on the menu, the waiting time was 20-40 minutes, and it was getting colder. Then we went to the buffet, and again the scrambled eggs are cold.
Settled in a poorly cleaned room, in the room ants, saw a cockroach. In 5 days, once normally removed after I complained. Other days, including after the complaint and normal cleaning, they did not vacuum or disinfect.
The complaint was as follows: I complained twice to the reception, each time an annoyed maid came and told me that she was doing everything right and would continue to do so.
I have never seen a maid come to make a remark to a guest, because there are complaints about her work. I have already complained about this at their contact address - replied the robot that communicates with me and that's it.
The feeling is that I stopped being interesting to the hotel at the very moment when I paid for the accommodation
We lived in a junior suite. I liked the number. Enough space, a comfortable bed, a spare pillow and a spare blanket, a sofa and a floor lamp for gatherings in the evening, a spacious bathroom, slippers and bathrobes. At the head of the bed there are sconces and switches. The cost is democratic when compared with other hotels in Kamenets. Yes, there is a funny moment - until you insert the key card into a special cell on the wall at the entrance - the room is de-energized, there will be no light, no matter how many times you flip the switch.
From the restaurants I liked "Hotei". Delicious, kind, cozy.
Not far from the old town, through the square, but, nevertheless, you have to walk.
I didn't like the breakfasts - they went down to 10, everything was cold, although the breakfast was until 11, every day the same thing + the assortment was not pleased. The staff is kind. Satisfied with the trip. Thank you hotel.
The know-how is credited, but decided by the wrong place. And in general, given the price of 20 bucks, which by European standards is a left hostel, the hotel is great ... ?
The main drawback is the lack of soundproofing. If you want to sleep and your neighbors just talk at 2 am, you will only sleep when your neighbors want to sleep.
