The rating of the hotel is average, but the administrators cannot be assessed, sheer rudeness, small-town rednecks are not in harmony with such an old, beautiful city. The administrator, Esipenko Maria Vladimirovna, was especially distinguished - a rare muck who is forbidden to work with people according to moral criteria. We will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone.
