Why do you need this particular hotel? It's like playing roulette - you can get lucky with the number, or maybe not until you check into a room with no windows (and there are some). Why do you need a potential hassle? There are other hotels in Side, at least adjacent to Dionysos, because the beach and the sea on this stretch are really excellent.

Dionissos is a super hotel, but if you are afraid for the greenery, choose the Golden Coast or Golden Beach 9 hotel, they are located nearby)
