Where is the best place to buy souvenirs and sweets?
They gave me a long list of what to bring with me from Turkey, mostly sweets, coffee, T-shirts. Can you tell me where is the best place to buy this?

I don’t know how it is in Side, I was in the Kemer region twice in the summer. It’s better to buy all these things in street shops. T-shirts - $ 10. for three pieces.
You can try lokum in the form of rolls, and if you ask, they will cut different varieties into a box. Do not buy only lokum in its original packaging. Of course, it is much cheaper and the boxes are beautiful, but it is impossible to eat it, solid starch.

There are markets near Dionysos - how to get out of the hotel and to the right - the market (10 minutes) along the street; and left - about 15 minutes on foot along the road. Both markets are so-so (designed for Germans, like everything in Side - prices in euros (or the same amount in dollars;); assortment - clothes, spices, few souvenirs, sweets are cheap, but the quality is disgusting. In the city of Manavgat (nearby) - a good market near the waterfall (souvenirs), there is also some wildly cheap market, but I don’t know where exactly in Manavgat.
On the way back to the airport, the guides will definitely stop near the shopping center (where they all have kickbacks), this year the prices for sweets and souvenirs turned out to be surprisingly good, and the quality is good (last year there was another center - both worse and more expensive ). Sweets there are good and inexpensive (if you take Turkish delight), baklava is an expensive thing everywhere (20 dollars / kg), but it's worth it))). Souvenirs are a little more expensive than in the markets, but the quality is better.
In the markets, bargain everywhere, and to the bitter end.
P.S.
Coffee - I bought home the brand "Mehmet-efendi", it is inexpensive. But quality is not a fountain. Do not take.
In general, instead of sweets, take better ceramics, or copper products with a pattern (but this is my personal opinion).

Bazaar in Manavgat - Monday (large), Thursday and Saturday (small). Accordingly, it is better to go on Monday - buy a lot of T-shirts there, and some other things too. About coffee, too, without comment, I have not heard that Turkey is famous for its coffee. Sweets can also be seen at the bazaar, some can be tasted first. I usually buy Turkish seeds and pistachios there. There are also many shops in Manavgat, including supermarkets (Genpa for example), where I buy excellent olive oil in 2-liter round iron cans, not the topic, of course, but it can come in handy =).

100% in stores, sweets in the markets are stored incorrectly, but they are more expensive, but don't poison anyone. And from personal experience I took the same thing on the market and in the store, the difference in price is 2 times, the one that from the market fell into disrepair six months later ... so the question is price-quality
