They explained at the reception that we must completely finish the soap before it is completely gone. I had to buy it myself in the store. Also, there are no slippers and bathrobes in the rooms (at the same time, the hotel is 5 *! ). There is no service at all in the coffee shop and bars, the bartenders are rude and generally do not pay attention to you, while the Germans are served with a smile and curtsy. The only thing I liked about the hotel is the water park and many children's and adult pools. The food is normal. Animation doesn't work well. The amusement park is open only in the afternoon until 4 pm, that is, at the time when the kids are sleeping, and there was no desire to get burned. Ice cream only from 16 to 18, the queue for it is incredible, and there are only two types. Overall, the hotel wants better. . And yet, it was not very pleasant when we were given holey towels in the room with stains of unknown origin and the smell of men's perfume. In this way, we paid for a vacation in a 5 * hotel, and rested at 3 * with a stretch. Sadly.
