Хороший, но есть много минусов Good but has a lot of cons

We arrived at the hotel with two small children on 05/08/18 at 10 am. Although the hotel was 60 percent full, we were settled only at 14.00 (no money was given).
They settled us on the 5th floor under the very roof in a room with a non-working air conditioner, it blew like a fan, there was nothing to breathe !! ! The response to all our complaints was only 3 days!! ! They came, they did it, but as it turned out, the air conditioner works there by the hour, and at night they don’t turn it on at all, and this is under a roof that has been heated all day! It's just impossible to sleep!
The food is good, but only for adults. Children the same 4 meals every day. Milk porridge is impossible to eat, sweet to horror! There are not enough baby tables for everyone.

The beach for children is very good, sandy with a long sunset. For adults there is a pontoon. There were enough beds. They came at 8 in the morning, almost the entire first row was free (although until Rush came in large numbers, they threw their towels everywhere in the morning, and they didn’t come before 11)))
Very good children's animation! The kids loved it, especially the kids discos! Well done guys!
For adults, there is also entertainment in the evenings.
In general, it would be nice if it were not for the problems with the room, which ruined the whole holiday.
