1. We stopped at 12 and said that the room would be ready by 14. We asked to leave our luggage in the lobby and go out for lunch. When we returned, a surprise awaited us. Instead of the usual two-story room in the main building, they gave a VIP room in a VIP cottage with a pool from the threshold of 2 meters in total. By the way, only guests of the VIP houses bathe in this pool. Pool for children flowing into an adult. With sunbeds on site. There is a restaurant nearby, where the waiters brought drinks, ice cream, cocktails almost with a wave of their eyebrows.

The tiles throughout the hotel are terribly slippery, all the tourists are barefoot and in flip flops constantly falling. I walked in small steps holding the hands of the children, as they constantly slipped.
There is only one point of issue and exchange of towels, and a very short interval in the morning and a short one in the evening. In fact, I approached several times at the indicated time, but the stall was empty, as a result, we lived for 2 weeks with the towels received at the very beginning.
The snack bar is very poor, coffee machines are filled with cheap instant coffee, but for some reason very often instead of coffee they drive either pure water or slightly tinted brown. Ice cream is issued only in one place, for a limited period of time, you have to stand in line, while the local ice cream man is VERY stingy - he has 2 scoops of ice cream much less than one in any normal cafe.
The restaurant, where breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held, constantly flowed from the ceiling (buckets and dirty rags for water were placed among the tables), and once we had to wait more than an hour for the employees to fix the leak, as a result, the restaurant was crowded with vacationers, which the hotel management did not even tried to destroy. As far as I understood, the air conditioning system was leaking, since the air conditioning in the room also did not work and it was terribly stuffy.
In the bathroom, the tile joints were covered with black mold, the soap dispenser was empty (I contacted the cleaning lady, but she said it was broken, so she did not fill it), the water in the toilet was constantly flowing. The room itself was dark and damp. Several times I went to the reception to reprogram the card key, as they suddenly stopped opening the doors of the rooms (2 rooms at the same time).
Several times I rested in Side in other hotels, there are much better hotels for such or even less money, where the quality and service are much better!

We were supposed to be given 4 rooms. Within two hours they gave, but knowing that there were children among the guests, extra beds were provided only at night after our calls.....The hotel itself - the infrastructure is good, the cleanliness of the hotel, territory, beach is very good. Service on the beach - 5, service in all outdoor cafes and restaurants - 5, playground + kids club + children's animation in the evenings - 5, pools - all clean, comfortable, tidy - 5. Head restaurant - service - 5, cleanliness - 5, a variety of food - 4.5, sweets - for an amateur - for me 4. Cleaning in the room - 4, Animation for adults - 5. The most important thing is that most of the vacationers are families. We ordered Al a carte once - we chose the fish menu - we were very satisfied. Throughout the territory, children can be allowed to play. The sea is clean, the entrance to the sea is good, the sand is clean. Near the hotel there are a lot of shops for shopping, pharmacies, cafes. You can simply go to old Side, but do not spend money. For shopping or just a walk, it is better to go to Manavgat. Rest for such a large family from Baku with the experience of traveling abroad with small children was a success. Apart from the initial rude hospitality of Mehmet Bey and Basti Hanim.

We rested in Sentido in September 2017 as a family (4 adults and 2 children). We booked 2 separate rooms, but there were some problems during check-in and we were settled in a chic 3-room suite with a sea view! This was our first family trip to Turkey and it was a success! The beach is good, there were always enough sunbeds, the staff clearly followed the left towels, if you are absent for 2 hours, the towel was removed. In the evening live music, animation. The only thing is that there are a lot of Germans who smoke EVERYWHERE, they basically don’t have a culture that you can’t smoke in public places, even children don’t bother them! (but this is not a claim to the hotel). I am writing a review after a year, and having rested in another hotel in Turkey, I can definitely say that Sentido is a solid five, all hotels that claim to be 5 stars should be like this!

The territory is not convenient, you need to get to the beach and bars only through the underground floor. The beach is also not impressed in the input of stones, mud on the sand. No animation! Disappointment from the first entrance to the reception, everything is very sad and modest. I have never seen such a bar in the lobby in any hotel, this is not a bar, but a dog house. Whoever wants to go to a disco will dance to Modern Telking and Abba))) In general, I do not recommend it to anyone. First time on vacation looking forward to going home. There is no service at all in the coffee shop and bars, the bartenders are rude and generally do not pay attention to you, while the Germans are served with a smile and curtsy. The only thing I liked about the hotel is the water park and many children's and adult pools. The food is normal. Animation doesn't work well. The amusement park is open only in the afternoon until 4 pm, that is, at the time when the kids are sleeping, and there was no desire to get burned. Ice cream only from 16 to 18, the queue for it is incredible, and there are only two types. Overall, the hotel wants better. . And yet, it was not very pleasant when we were given holey towels in the room with stains of unknown origin and the smell of men's perfume. In this way, we paid for a vacation in a 5 * hotel, and rested at 3 * with a stretch. Sadly.

Guys, everyone who is going to go to Turkey with the kids. I'm a pretty picky lady and hard to please. But Tyuran Prince is just a brilliance! Satisfied me from start to finish! Traveled with children aged 5 and 10. They chose to have entertainment and the sea. We got both - both the aqua park and the zoo and the amusement park for children - free of charge and the sea within walking distance.

Traveled with children aged 5 and 10. They chose to have entertainment and the sea. We got both - both the aqua park and the zoo and the amusement park for children - free of charge and the sea within walking distance. Food, water, service arranged for me!!!!! ! We chose the room - economy and did not lose, because we only slept there and there was where to leave things. From 7.00 in the morning until late at night, we walked, the children were with us, they were not given to kindergarten, after all, the first time, mistrust, etc. Many impressions! Go you won't regret it. There were moments, but they are everywhere in all hotels, so I will not focus on it.
