Twice (two different trips to different hotels) we were perfectly solved the issue of a comfortable accommodation option for us by the Turtess guides. The rest of the guides - Coral, Teztur - however, were not going to help. Guides Koral especially did not care - they decided everything themselves. Pegasus didn't try but it's a very old tour operator, should be ok.
