I must say right away that all the reviews that I read about the hotel are true: both bad and good. Check-in went without problems, because we arrived at 5 pm. We took a two-room family room. conveniently. The whole hotel is pretty run down. hotel employees do not bother to keep cleanliness and order. about cleaning: daily cleaning, unobtrusively, i. e. nobody cleaned the balcony for 2 weeks, etc. minibar - more than modestly - 2 pieces for 0.25 min. water, 2 pcs - 0.2 juice and 1.5 liters. drinking water. the bar was not always replenished, but as the staff wants. linen should be changed every 2 days - in fact - every 4. towels should be changed daily. in fact - as it should. food: you will not stay hungry, but without frills. there was no seafood. the main restaurant is one and large: in the building and on the street. tables on the street are plastic and plastic chairs, which were often dirty (in chocolate, leftover food and drink), the waiters do not bother much. no one pours anything, as is customary. there are no glasses and cups for breakfast on the tables at all - self-service. there are a lot of pools - but they got sick there because of the wand in the pools, so they swam in the sea. the beach is well pebbly, there are pebbles in the water, then in the water there is a stone platform, slippery from algae, after 15-20 m from the shore - a cliff of the platform. booze - only vodka, gin and whiskey (we don't count wine). In a word, there is something to compare with - this is not 5 *. obviously we will not repeat the trip there. the territory is small, green, pleasant, but without frills, again. Good - free sauna and hammam. the price for the traditional Turkish procedure in the hammam - foam massage and aroma massage - $ 54. arguing with the staff at the reception and with the gastronomy is almost useless. BUT VERY AFRAID OF REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET. that's why I'm writing. I do not recommend. we had something to compare. before that we were in Belek (paloma Grida village), in Side (papilona Mun), you were in Antalya (Sera), in the Greek Mitsis. If anyone is interested in more details, please ask. We went with Anex, I can name the prices for excursions.

Arriving at this hotel, my wife and I were upset with the number that we were immediately given, because we wanted a sea view or at least a view of the territory, at the moment it was quickly resolved at the reception and we were given a room on the top floor overlooking the entire territory. which they were unspeakably happy. in general, the hotel made an indelibly positive impression, firstly, a large area you can at least take a walk, a chic selection of various dishes, drinks, very friendly service at the bars, I understand that this is their duty, but at least it was clear that they were not smiling through their teeth, and with my appearance, the attitude was like to my own, special thanks to the group of animators, honestly the guys are masters of their craft and special thanks to Barkan, Baikutai, Jamal, Yarsi, now I don’t remember everyone, but the guys really entertained and didn’t let them get bored with great respect and respect = ), I was also struck by the work of the representatives of the tour in the hotel, they do everything very quickly and help. in general, I advise the hotel, I agree that maybe not everything was noted, but my wife and I really didn’t want to leave so much this hotel gave us a charge of positive energy for the next vacation. I was happy to come to this hotel again, but while the young one wants to go to some other countries! I hope my review helps a little in choosing a hotel . .

In terms of price / quality ratio, perhaps our best vacation (abroad 7 times). I must say right away - the hotel is a good TURKISH five. Not Emirati, not European, just Turkish. No complaints, everything was great
The contingent of vacationers is 50% Russians, 30% - Turks, 20% - Kazakhs and little things - Germans, British, Poles - are practically invisible. The hotel is super-family, 95% of vacationers are with children, so everything is calm (well, not counting the screaming children in a state of grief, then complete euphoria)
ROOMS The rooms are standard - one-room, double bed, and two single beds (one was brought in addition) - not crowded, although, of course, you can’t ride a bike. Plumbing (as well as furniture) is quite decent, not broken, the bath is large. The only complaint is shampoo, they don’t give gels, it’s poured into a plastic box - where the soap near the sink is still nothing, where the shampoo is by the bathroom - rare rubbish, well, the shampoo was with you, they didn’t fool around. All equipment worked, nothing fell off. Air conditioning "Vestel" - individual, quite well done, did not upset with whims and hot air. A TV of the same brand - from Russian channels - First and RTR Planet, Turkish heels, Eurosport, French - watched only the World Cup in football, they didn’t stick out much in the room. The refrigerator (guess the brand from five times) is small, but again, it was enough for us. A mini-bar - two small sodas, four lemonades in cans, one lorry, replenished regularly, and even with an abundance of bars, they did not especially destroy stocks. The linen was changed three times in ten days, the towel was thrown on the floor - they will change it, no - you will continue to use it. Cleaning is superficial, but generally decent, they didn’t leave a tip, I don’t have such a habit. If you need something, you approach the maids (they are almost constantly in the corridor - cleaning and cleaning, many rooms) - no problem, they will give you water, share lemonade, change the towel. They will not drive you to the reception to confirm the need.
TERRITORY The territory is huge, well-groomed, I have not seen dirt, everything is cleaned. Well, if, excuse me, an intellectual from the capital smoked by the pool without ever hitting a bull in an urn (or five bulls), then the staff has nothing to do with it. But there is no problem, all this is episodic.
POOLS In order - a children's pool knee-deep, small well. The largest one is in the form of a flower - huge, with bridges, one petal is 120 cm deep, the other three are 155 cm, with slides (open from 12-00 to 17-00). Well, if it weren't for the perky youth, who definitely need to dive from the bridge (which is forbidden), flying over your head - in general, everything is wonderful. Indoor pool - warmer than the rest, but, because. indoors, the air is heavy (a wish to the administration - do some kind of ventilation). I highly recommend the pool near the SPA (next to the closed one) - until lunch it is half in the shade, which was super convenient for me, because. I do not tolerate glare on the water (it is also 155 cm deep). The water is good, not too warm, moderately chlorinated. The pools are clean, they are constantly cleaned near them, although cute toddlers from 3 to 45 years old sometimes think that after drinking, throwing a glass next to the sunbed (well, he's a big white gentleman) is a sign of proper education. There are more than enough sun loungers near all the pools, most of them are free. There are several hammocks. About coxsackie and other terrible animals waiting for you in the pools of this hotel - we had no problems, although, after reading the reviews, we took a first aid kit with us. Apparently, they, dogs, feel who has Russian antibiotics in stock for their Turkish-viral soul. The doctor was not bored, I won’t lie, someone was constantly sticking around him. But, when you watch another angel for the fifth hour in the pool blowing bubbles from chlorinated water, while his mother, one and a half centners in a hammock, pretends to be Claudia Schiffer, weary of life, or dad plays the game “merry Ichthyander” in the sea, trying to drive up to Homeland and back past the Turkish border guards, and his three-year-old child (well, he's in an inflatable vest! ) Fun rinses on the pebbles in the surf, you understand that the point here is probably not Coxsackie, but in the brains, which need to be turned on at least sometimes. So fuck all these viruses, do not worry, I repeat once again - the pools are moderately chlorinated and clean.
POWER Meals are standard, to be honest, compared with Spain, Greece, I did not find any differences - a standard set (pasta, fries, chicken, salads), a lot of greens. A nice feature - there are several grills at the hotel behind the photo booth and every day - grilled fish, meatballs, chicken or meat - super delicious. From fruits every day there were delicious watermelons, almost every day delicious cherries, delicious apples and oranges. Tasteless apricots and sour plums. Super pastries - I didn’t manage to try everything in ten days. Cakes, mousses, pastries - yum-yum. You can lose weight only if you are an ascetic entertainer. Several types of soups, breakfast cereals were present, as well as a microwave, but, because. children are adults, I was not interested.
I highly recommend Turkish tea, which stands on special stands (in the middle of the restaurant there is a beautiful horseradish with four taps). Coffee and juices from vending machines, pepsi with fanta and spirits are poured by two cheerful bartenders at the bar at the end of the restaurant. I didn’t see any queues (well, except for three or four people for a hot one). No one climbed over his head and didn’t drop anything hot on me (no luck). There are a lot of people, so you can sit a little closer or a little further, but you always sit down. The waiter is quick and polite, there are small jambs, but if you don’t fool around, the emotions are purely positive. A restaurant in the form of pants (unlike Pythagoras, not a fig is equal). The only inconvenience is the bar at the end of the left leg, so if you sat down in the right leg (where we mostly lived) - stomp about fifty meters to the bar. Sadness, especially when children need to bring lemonade three times. And of course, periodic attempts to pour lemonade into plastic cups upset me, although if I pre-ordered with a polite request - into glass - they never refused me.
As for drinking water - near all the bars there are refrigerators stuffed with plastic cubes of 200 grams of water, it's very convenient to go to the beach, to the room - to brush your teeth, or just to drink. If you need it in small bottles in the lobby, you need to ask the bartender - he will give out any required amount. If you want one and a half - ask the maids
STAFF Only positive emotions - polite, helpful, friendly. At the reception, two ladies over thirty - Ayazade and, in my opinion, Gulnaz (sorry, if I remember incorrectly) - speak excellent Russian, willingly help with any request. All men understand Russian, they speak a little worse. By the way, we arrived at 9-30 in the morning, we were immediately sent for breakfast and at ten we entered the room, we didn’t pay any extra money, it’s just that people try to make the rest as comfortable as possible, this can be seen in everything. So the staff - a huge merci. Well, people, a general remark - if you behave correctly and with dignity - you will be treated the same way. Just remember that the staff are not slaves or prisoners of war, you have not bought the right to treat them like barbarians with the early Christians. These are people who try professionally and most responsibly to do everything for you to have a good rest. The only ugly scene that I managed to watch all the time was played out precisely at the reception, when a lady drunk to insanity, using all the obscene expressions known (and partly unknown) to me, tried to prove to the staff that she had no cold water in her room and she scalded the child, then her hand, then something else (which she didn't quite remember). By her appearance, it was not very hard to believe that she could scald something, because. the level of anesthesia in the blood, in my opinion, exceeded the lethal dose of alcohol about six times. It all ended in stormy sobs and it became clear that her life as a whole was not successful. Disgusting, fortunately, a single spectacle. By the way, someone wrote about drunks lying around fighting with their wives - nonsense, I didn’t see a single one (except for the case described above).
CAR FOR RENT According to the good tradition, I rented a car for a day. Compared to Crete, there are many times fewer rental offices, so I didn’t complicate it, I ordered through the reception (I helped Ayazade) - in five minutes a cool man of about 45 years old ran up, practically speaking no Russian, but in general my all-weather “Van day, full insurance, but a deposit, but a franchise, pay the cash ”(one day, full insurance, no deposit, no franchise, pay in cash) found understanding in his subtle Turkish soul and he assured me that this is exactly how it is. By the way, a comparison of prices in a nearby rental office near the hotel showed complete identity with the prices at the reception, so I don’t particularly advise you to run. The cheapest offer is Accent for $70 per day, I took a Hyundai I-20 for $80 plus ten dollars for a Russified navigator (it helped a lot, given my complete topographical cretinism). We drove such a cute white pig to the hotel in the morning with only 18.000 mileage. I was not pleased with the conder (it was 37 degrees outside - I didn’t pull it). They are not traded, discounts can be obtained if you take a car for three to five days and then not globally. Upset the cost of gasoline - 5 lira (80 rubles) per liter of AI-95. The bay of 10 liters went to Antique Side, to the Manavgat waterfall and to Manavgat itself. Positive, informative, pleasant to the soul. I did not rent the car, left the keys not at the reception - everything is convenient. Yes, there are a lot of police, as well as cameras, the main claims are speed, a red traffic light, passing under signs (this is from an informative lecture by the same typewriter). I drove carefully, did not arouse interest among the Turkish law enforcement officers.
THE SEA The sea is unreal - clean, green, warm to tenderness. Why am I not a fan of open reservoirs of any size - and even then I didn’t climb out of it for ten days. About the stone slab at the bottom mentioned by everyone - imagine a stone pebble several kilometers rolled in by waves. It is solid without breaks and separate parts. Indeed, there are unpleasant depressions of twenty centimeters, as well as protrusions of about the same height. Not particularly slippery, but swimming slippers, especially for children, are a must. There are height differences. But, in general, if you are careful and moderately careful, it is quite comfortable. It's nice that there are not separate umbrellas on the beach, but awnings stretched in rows for several tens of meters. If you come after ten, you won’t find sunbeds in the forefront, according to the good Russian tradition, intricate grandmothers of 120 kilograms each believe that if you come at 7 in the morning and take 28 sunbeds, laying out all the towels and half of your wardrobe on them (well, then to have a choice) , they will look super smart in the eyes of others. But there are always sun loungers, a little closer - a little further - what's the difference in the end. Yes, I wanted to warn you, a very cunning wind, even with a light breeze a wave rises - I was covered very decently three times
SHOPPING near the hotel there is a number of so-called bazaars (such as open and semi-open shopping centers, they go in a continuous line until the turn onto the highway (800 - 1000 meters) and crowns them with a small but full-fledged Lira shopping center (on the other side of the bazaars, on the side where hotels). - you didn’t guess, the Turks, one word). Prices are more or less the same for everyone, it makes no sense to run around, the assortment is awesome. If you are going to buy leather or furs halfway, go to Vento Milano, there Fazil Agayev is a very pleasant Azerbaijani, tell me, please greetings from Eduard from Samara. They have recently opened, so they are trying very hard both with the assortment and with the prices. I recommend. I did not dare to buy gold on the market (the price tag is 70-80 dollars per gram before the auction) - after all, they fake it in Turkey colossally, go from a guide to "Olympia" (who does not know - a large network of jewelry throughout Turkey). Beautiful, personal guide-seller, price tag, which is taken from a feverish drunken dream of a store manager. They didn’t bargain for a long time, they threw it off for a suspension from $ 377 to $ 150 (it came out somewhere around $ 90 per gram) and left satisfied. A little expensive, but with a guarantee that it is really gold, and beautiful. The guide-seller Haira was dissatisfied with us, which she did not fail to tell me, her dissatisfaction was absolutely parallel to me, which she did not fail to tell her about - in general, they parted like the national teams of Russia and South Korea - 1:1. General advice, like everyone else - do not go from guides, they put their interest in the price, buy more expensive. A general remark - the Turks practically do not bargain, not like before, there are practically no masters of hand-wringing and stories about hungry children left at home. And no one rolls their eyes. I leave the stories “how I cut the price four times” to Charles Perrault. Basically, after choosing a thing, they tell you the price tag, say the magic word “Indyrim” (“Discount” in Turkish) or “discount” (“discount” in English), well, or “will you give it back for lope, brother? ” (“Discount” in Russian) You are discounted 10%, YOU are discounted 50%, somewhere closer to 30-35% you can agree. The last argument - turn around and leave, usually at this place you are told a really real price tag. But, as happened before, no one will run down the street after you with tears and cries - the Turks have changed.
About money - it is best to take dollars near the hotel, euros in Side, Turkish liras in Manavgat, all price tags are in this currency. Those. You can pay everywhere with any currency, but this one is preferable. I never changed money, I took it out a couple of times at an ATM (one at the exit from the hotel, on the right behind the security booth), one halfway to Lira with an advertisement for Sberbank - I recommend it, does not take% (it seems like Sber bought this bank in passing ) - stands on the line of bazaars, is visible well). Another one is in Lira and one is almost opposite the Sber one - it has not been used. All ATMs are Russified, so withdrawals (as well as spending) do not cause any problems
I didn’t use ANIMATION traditionally, boys and girls in blue T-shirts ran, organized something, but somehow we are not fans, so I can’t evaluate the quality. Every evening in the Amphitheater of the performance, we went to the Chinese circus and the focus juggler, everything is worthy, the children liked it. We got to the disco once in passing, between the circus and going to bed, live music, loudly fervently, for those who want to stomp their feet - that's it. They took tennis (for free, you just leave a deposit at the reception) - they tapped the ball with pleasure for about twenty minutes. Rackets, of course, are terrible, but oh well, they didn’t conquer Wimbledon.
The rest was definitely a success, the hotel is wonderful, if it were fate, I would return more than once. But life is short, and there is so much more to see. Good luck to everyone and have a good rest!

Indeed, there are unpleasant depressions of twenty centimeters, as well as protrusions of about the same height. . Yes, I wanted to warn you, a very cunning wind, even with a light breeze a wave rises - I was covered very well three times. SHOPPING near the hotel itself there is a number of so-called bazaars (such as open and semi-open shopping centers, they go in a continuous series until the turn onto the highway (800 - 1000 meters ) and crowns them with a small but full-fledged Lira shopping center (on the other side of the bazaars, on the side where the hotels are). There is everything - from rubber balls (with the inscription on the box "Gifts for the mother-in-law" - apparently, mother-in-law somehow spends their free time differently in Turkey) to jackets made of python skin (perhaps, this inscription would have looked more appropriate on them - you didn’t guess , Turks, one word). Prices are more or less the same for everyone, it makes no sense to run around, the assortment is awesome. If you are going to buy leather or furs halfway, go to Vento Milano, where Fazil Agayev is a very pleasant Azerbaijani, please send greetings from Eduard from Samara. They have recently opened, so they are trying very hard with both assortment and prices. I recommend. I didn’t dare to buy gold on the market (the price tag was 70-80 dollars per gram before the auction) - after all, they fake it colossally in Turkey, we went from the guide to Olympia (who doesn’t know - a large network of jewelry stores throughout Turkey). Guide-seller Haira remained dissatisfied with us, about which she did not fail to tell me, her dissatisfaction was absolutely parallel to me, about which she did not fail to tell her - in general, they parted as teams Rossi and Yuzh. Korea - 1:1. That is, you will pay everywhere with any currency, but this one is preferable. All ATMs are Russified, so withdrawals (as well as spending) do not cause any problems. ANIMATION has not traditionally been used, boys and girls in blue T-shirts ran, organized something, but somehow we are not fans, so I can’t evaluate the quality.

Disco for children... The only negative is a natural plate five meters from the shore. But mostly adults dive from the pier, and the kids do not reach it.

The room pleased me the most, a large territory, a large swimming pool, animation on "4", there was a lot of food, we went in the evening at 8 o'clock, we just got to empty seats, a sauna and a hammam for free, we went every day, in the evening after the sea, there are two more pools nearby . But I was disappointed by the entry, I couldn’t jump on the waves, since the plate is very dangerous! Therefore, it was difficult to drag the children, they swam from the bridge to the shore, so those who go for treatment with the help of the sea are not an option at all. … More ▾ The room pleased me the most, a large territory, a large swimming pool, animation on "4", there was a lot of food, we went in the evening at 8 o'clock, we just got to empty seats, a sauna and a hammam for free, we went every day, in the evening after the sea, there are two more pools nearby . We flew by parachute, it is clear that this plate lies along the entire coast, so the nearest hotels have the same problem.

There is NO room cleaning, only under close attention on the 8th day everything was changed to what he pointed with his finger.
Room, no problem here. in this hotel for the 3rd time, and this is 2009.2011, 2014, they gave a family two-room suite with a view of the mountains and the market, and thank God they never turned on the air conditioner, they didn’t hear noise from the pool and lobby.
Food, there is no problem, there is everything for every taste, the food is certainly not for the Russian soul, without pork and fat even locks men.
The service staff, but there is practically none, the waiter-cleaner is a real problem in the restaurant-dining room.
Compared to 2009, the HOTEL has gone down, don't worry.
There are no tubes of gels, shampoos, lotions in the rooms, as it was before, we had to go to the market and buy all this, we meet this for the first time in Turkey, and even more so in the 5-ke, and even with "Clusive". BUT if you do not pay attention to all these little things, do not drive, then the rest will be fine, as we did.
We will try not to go to this hotel anymore, but anything can happen, and the pricing policy for vouchers is not crazy here...

Giving $ 20, they asked for a good family room (two-room), settled away from the disco, but the state is just gloom. The playpen for the bed (child 4 years old) was changed after the second reminder. The sink in one of the two bathrooms was clogged. Water from the fire extinguishing system was dripping on the head in front of the entrance to the room and there was a wet spot that none of the staff paid attention to. All corners and doors are worn and repeatedly greased and repaired. The furniture is loose, there is mold along the seams of the tiles in the bathroom. Plumbing and showers are poor. There are no non-smoking rooms, there was no smell, but on the balconies the plastic chairs and the table were melted with leftover cigarettes. Restaurants did not work (only the main "canteen"), they did not receive the promised festive dinner. The food is decent, varied, there are always places on the street. Another problem, even out of season there are not enough clean cups for tea. You have to wait for 15 minutes, and the portion of the washed ones brought by the employee is snatched up for 5, who did not have time - drink from a disposable. Cleaning is another story. Daily left $ 2 - the quality is not affected. They didn’t look under the bed, they changed pillowcases for holes and towels for torn ones. Swans were not folded, but "professionally" they folded a bow from his wife's pajamas, which terribly infuriated her. With a children's pool (or playground) is really a problem. In addition to our child, ten more were taken to the hospital for a week with vomiting and diarrhea, they put a dropper, and gave them medicines. Insurance hit on medicine. The same problems affected three more of us to a greater or lesser extent. Going into the sea and going to the beach without special shoes is simply not realistic, if you have a couple of extra toes - try it. There was animation, but we did not participate, we had fun anyway. So what good can equalize the above? Positive attitude, unpretentiousness, friendly family, genuine joy of children and the understanding that it is now zero degrees at home, and you have +24 degrees near the pool. We will not recommend this hotel, we will definitely not come here for the second time.
