We are still in Royal Dragon. It's been a fairy tale for a week now. And just as much, what a pleasure to think about : ) I will describe my impressions. We are a family of 4: mom, dad, 2 daughters 4.5 and 6 years old. We arrived at 11 o’clock on August 5, we were immediately offered to go for a late breakfast, we refused, because we didn’t feel like eating at all and the breakfast on the plane was both hearty and hearty for us, so we went for a walk around the hotel before checking in. They didn’t try to give money, because there was something to do, and they saw that the Germans were just as patiently waiting for the settlement at 14.00. In a word, they just walked, examined, were impressed how the time of settlement approached. Everything is fast, clear, you will not find fault. Exactly at 14.00 we were given the key to the room. The room, as for me, is small, but I am a spoiled person in this regard, so I don’t know how it will seem to the rest. Cleaned every day, clean, neat, minibar filled daily. The hotel itself is just great. This is remembered for a long time in all respects. We fell in love right away. Service - wonderful, friendly, attentive, our children were simply treated with adoration and awe. The animation is quiet, but we just liked it. I draw your attention to the fact that there are very few Russians in the hotel, mostly Germans, so the staff speaks Russian at the level of several phrases, therefore, if a problem arises, it will be difficult without knowledge of German (they even get a little lost in English sometimes, they don’t speak English, but in German they just chirp). The same applies to children's animation: communication is at the level of several on-duty phrases, and if children do not speak at least basic English, then it will be difficult for them to understand what they want from them. But for us (not throwing tomatoes), the abundance of Germans was just to our liking, since every time we encountered something unpleasant, it turned out to be Russians, sadly. It was the Russian dad who smoked in the children's queue for the train in the amusement park. It was another Russian dad on the beach who cursed loudly for absolutely no reason, but for a long time and in detail. In a word, the abundance of Germans and other Europeans was rather a positive factor for us. Food at the hotel. . . A separate song, since there are many, many, it is amazingly diverse and very, very tasty. And the gym, which is located in the hotel, I'm afraid will not save us. : ( Although we honestly try to visit it regularly. The sea and the beach are an IDEAL entrance to the sea for children. I was upset by the lack of a pontoon, since my youngest categorically does not like the feeling of sand on my feet when moving along a wooden path from the sea to the counter, where you can wash off the sand. In addition, the water is wildly cold in this rack, which is strange, since the sea is just fresh milk, + 32 C, and the heat is + 40 C. But the water in the pipe probably does not really depend on the weather, but it’s real for children unpleasant, and they refuse to thoroughly wash both their feet from the sand and the body from salt. But these are all trifles. The pool is excellent, there are more than enough sun loungers. And in general, as I wrote earlier, the hotel is SUPER!! ! GREAT!! ! we and the children are delighted. Definitely, we would return here, but we want to try more hotels from the same STONE GROUP corporation: Royal Wings and Royal Holiday. As soon as we decide on the best, we will share : )
