Were in this hotel from 3.06. to 10.06. 2011 family (son 5 years old). In general, everything was great, we went to Turkey for the first time, we were worried that there would be some kind of garbage, but everything turned out to be just wonderful. We flew on a charter with Windrose, read terrible reviews about this company before the trip, about terrible flight delays of 10-15 hours, killed planes, but we were lucky, the plane was normal, the return flight was delayed by 30 minutes. The only negative in our trip - check-in, and then, rather, it’s not the fault of the hotel, but our travel agency (“Turtess”), which did not warn that the hotel does not practice early check-in, although we asked about possible problems in this regard, to which we received the answer “well, put it in your passport $10 and you'll be settled. " We arrived at the hotel early, at 9 am, despite the fact that we did not sleep all night, we wanted to quickly accommodate and jump to the sea, but we were told to wait until 14:00.50 ye in the passport did not change the situation, only after long negotiations they gave another number without the right to change. The room differed from the one ordered only by the bed (the paid room had one large plus a child, but they gave two one and a half plus a child). Only Russian-speaking guests of the hotel faced the problem of settling, for some reason Germans, Dutch, etc. were settled immediately and without problems. I saw a Russian-speaking family, I don’t know where exactly, their flight was very much delayed due to a plane breakdown, they lost almost a day of rest, they arrived at the hotel in the morning, and at 9 am they were still trampling around the lobby, waiting for 12 hours, although they had a room paid for, and why they didn’t settle right away - it’s not clear. Of course, it was possible to leave the suitcases in the storage room at the reception, change clothes and go to the beach, but this idea did not impress, although many did.
At first, the main contingent in the hotel were Germans, everyone was decorous and noble, not a single drunk, after a couple of days the Russians began to pull up, Russian-speaking animators appeared, in the main restaurant they began to greet not only "hello" and "morgen", but also "good afternoon", and in the end, either Kazakhs or Udmurts arrived... and it was a complete mess . . their children behaved in the dining room in such a way that they wanted to plug their ears and run away so as not to hear obscenities and neighing throughout the restaurant.
They cleaned, changed towels and filled the bar every day. Beach towels must be taken on cards (you can get and change towels at the end of a string of bars by the main pool), which are issued upon check-in, exchange of towels once a day, if more often, then you need to pay extra.

The hotel is very beautiful, unusual, although the territory is small, not very green, but across the entire territory of the hotel there is a huge pool with a bunch of bridges, nooks and crannies with waterfalls, thanks to the bridges there is a shade in the pool even in the heat. Somehow the lack of greenery was not felt, maybe because the pool was refreshing. Due to the size of the pool, there are more than enough sun beds, as well as places where to swim, no one sat on each other's heads.
100 meters to the beach, the beach is well-groomed, clean, in the evenings they raked out all the garbage, leveled the sand. There is a bar with drinks and a restaurant on the beach, though I didn’t see anyone sitting there during the day, but, in fairness, I must say that we went to the beach only before lunch, it is quite possible that this restaurant opened after lunch.
On the territory of the hotel near the exit to the sea, a cafe with Turkish cakes that Turkish aunts make in front of you, around them there are high chairs for children, and all the children, with their mouths open, looked as if spellbound at the process of baking cakes : ).
There you can also eat pancakes, something like lasagna, pizza.
Near the main pool there are bars and cafes with various goodies, sweets, “brain freeze” - as our child called juice mixed with crushed ice, in general, you definitely won’t die of hunger.
There is a separate pool for children with a depth of 35 cm, every day there was a children's water disco with animators, and in the main pool there were several visits for children. The depth of the pool is indicated everywhere - very convenient. The hotel has an aqua park, there are five or seven slides, one of them could go down on single and double inflatable circles, which can be taken near the entrance to the slides, two of the slides are for children, the depth of the pool near the children's slides is 80 cm, we We went to the water park once, immediately went to the big slides, we didn’t notice the children’s, they somehow stand aside, our child can’t dive or swim, so I didn’t appreciate all the charm of the water park and we didn’t go there anymore.

There is an amusement park next to the aquapark, it worked only in the evenings, from 19:00. There are 6 attractions in the amusement park: a Ferris wheel, a boat for extreme sportsmen, a children's roller coaster, a trampoline, cars and a "chamomile". All attractions are controlled by time, but you can not leave the attraction and ride as much as you want, only you had to get out on the trampoline and queue up again, among the children it was the most popular attraction.
The food in the main restaurant is beyond praise. Every day something new, children can be fed without problems, even the smallest ones. There is always mashed potatoes, cereals, boiled vegetables, pasta. The choice of desserts is eye-opening. We did not go to A la Carte restaurants - we had to reserve a day in advance, but we were too lazy). The choice in the main restaurant is such that you can’t try everything: one day they put a chocolate fountain in the dessert room for dinner, the next day they arranged a takeaway of the main dessert dish so that everyone ran to shoot this action on cameras: 4 healthy chefs carried on stretcher "something" huge about a meter in diameter and high, in three tiers, along the edges of the stretcher and on top of this "something" in the cups burned fire. They carried it and shouted, as I understand it, the name of this dish. It turned out that this is an ice cream cake with different flavors, smeared with whipped and fire-burned cream. Children and adults were delighted, this cake was eaten in half an hour : ).
In the lobby where there is access to the sea there are shops, a game center, a gym, something else. The game center has a weak selection of slot machines, a bowling alley and two tables for American billiards.
A store with toys and various rubbish strikes the imagination with its pricing policy: an inflatable children's mattress and a stick that shoots water - $ 46, a laser pointer (really cool, multi-point) - $ 23, a pack of Marlboro or Camel cigarettes $ 6, any crap that you can buy from us for 50 cents there is 6 ye. I didn't even ask how much better toys cost. Items are not priced, please ask. Many people bought everything for the beach outside the hotel, the street where the shopping malls begin in a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Tours. From the proposed ones, we chose a pirate ship. The price of the tour is 50 euros per adult, children under 7 years old 10 euros, from 7 years old 20 euros. Well, what can I say... Crowded on this unfortunate ship of people - fear, children were painted, bandanas were given. Arranged different games for children. Our son really liked the foam disco, we stopped to swim in the middle of the sea, we arrived on the island - not a single tree, it was hot - one in the afternoon, small pebbles - it was impossible to walk, in general, not a very impression. This excursion will be interesting for children of 7-10 years old, no younger and no older. The treasures on this excursion were chupa chups and some penny bracelets, in the end all the children were given balloons, which almost immediately burst. They fed something so terrible on the ship that we did not risk not only killing ourselves in line and crushing for it, but also smelling it.
And the next day after this excursion, the animators of the mini club in our hotel organized a treasure hunt, dressed the children in pirate cocked hats, wide belts for weapons and raincoats, gave sabers-pistols, painted them many times more beautiful than the excursion on the ship, went looking for treasure along the territory of the hotel and along the beach, pirate chants yelled at the same time, then little pirates ate this treasure in a restaurant on the beach, in general - lovely, well done children's animators.
In the evenings at 20:30 in the amphitheater, a children's disco began, at 21:30 performances for adults. There were also some discos on the beach.
Internet only in the lobby, often there was no Internet ((.
Toilets with some oddities, even for children: when you enter, the light turns on, but after a minute or two, two, it goes out. The child and I were frightened for the first time, we thought something had happened.
We really enjoyed. Those minor flaws are nonsense, not worth attention. The hotel is focused on family holidays, so you should not expect discos from it until the morning and active animators. And with children, you can just relax here.
