I was upset by the lack of a pontoon, since my youngest categorically does not like the feeling of sand on my feet when moving along a wooden path from the sea to the counter, where you can wash off the sand. In addition, the water is wildly cold in this rack, which is strange, since the sea is just fresh milk, + 32 C, and the heat is + 40 C. But the water in the pipe probably does not really depend on the weather, but it’s real for children unpleasant, and they refuse to thoroughly wash both their feet from the sand and the body from salt. But these are all trifles. The pool is excellent, there are more than enough sun loungers. And in general, as I wrote earlier, the hotel is SUPER!! ! GREAT!! ! we and the children are delighted. Definitely, we would return here, but we want to try more hotels from the same STONE GROUP corporation: Royal Wings and Royal Holiday. As soon as we decide on the best, we will share : )

The first three nights of our stay, around 5.30-6.30 in the morning, three garbage trucks arrived at a nearby hotel (each picks up certain garbage), accompanying their arrival with an air sound signal. My daughter jumped up on the bed and sobbed, the feeling that the train was honking in the ear, we saw how people opposite from the balconies threw the contents of the minibar into the car. At the hotel reception we were told that the garbage trucks are municipal and they cannot solve our problem, saying that the Turkish driver is just joking!! ! At 5-6 o'clock in the morning!! ! Yes, I’ll also note that we settled in rooms not far from each other (I previously asked about this in an email to the hotel), because the child goes to his grandparents in the room. And in order to solve the problem with the garbage truck, we were offered a room in another building, in order for the child to move from one building to another, you need to use two elevators and go through the reception or the same room but with a surcharge of 16 euros per day, we explained to them that garbage trucks this is not our problem, since the hotel cannot solve it, why do we have to pay extra for the same room (believe me, it’s not about money), the manager at the reception, they explained to us that he was the main METIN BESIM, he was just boorish, waving his arms and yelled, said that nothing would change us, the guest service, and our hotel guide Olesya Rudenko, they were afraid to confront him, but humanly they can be understood, they are afraid of losing their jobs! Only thanks to Elena, who works at the reception, and a written complaint to Tez Tour, our problem was solved, the garbage trucks stopped humming! In general, the problem was trifling, as it would seem to many, but we were honestly confused on emotions, the hotel guide did not help us, none of the employees even saw the owner of the hotel, we were all afraid of the miserable manager, in general, if a more serious problem arose, complain no one there!! ! By the way, garbage dumps have not stopped unloading and will not stop. Sea views and side sea view, they come up for you when you check in! And so the hotel is decent, the territory is compact, but very comfortable, the food in the restaurant is very varied and tasty, for breakfast juices, milkshakes! At first, the main contingent in the hotel were Germans, everyone was decorous and noble, not a single drunk, after a couple of days the Russians began to pull up, Russian-speaking animators appeared, in the main restaurant they began to greet not only "hello" and "morgen", but also "good afternoon", and in the end, either Kazakhs or Udmurts arrived... and it was a complete mess . . their children behaved in the dining room in such a way that they wanted to plug their ears and run away so as not to hear obscenities and neighing throughout the restaurant.
They cleaned, changed towels and filled the bar every day. Beach towels must be taken on cards (you can get and change towels at the end of a string of bars by the main pool), which are issued upon check-in, exchange of towels once a day, if more often, then you need to pay extra.
The hotel is very beautiful, unusual, although the territory is small, not very green, but across the entire territory of the hotel there is a huge pool with a bunch of bridges, nooks and crannies with waterfalls, thanks to the bridges there is a shade in the pool even in the heat. Somehow the lack of greenery was not felt, maybe because the pool was refreshing. Due to the size of the pool, there are more than enough sun beds, as well as places where to swim, no one sat on each other's heads.
100 meters to the beach, the beach is well-groomed, clean, in the evenings they raked out all the garbage, leveled the sand. There is a bar with drinks and a restaurant on the beach, though I didn’t see anyone sitting there during the day, but, in fairness, I must say that we went to the beach only before lunch, it is quite possible that this restaurant opened after lunch.

The hotel has an aqua park, there are five or seven slides, one of them could go down on single and double inflatable circles, which can be taken near the entrance to the slides, two of the slides are for children, the depth of the pool near the children's slides is 80 cm, we We went to the water park once, immediately went to the big slides, we didn’t notice the children’s, they somehow stand aside, our child can’t dive or swim, so I didn’t appreciate all the charm of the water park and we didn’t go there anymore.

A store with toys and various rubbish strikes the imagination with its pricing policy: an inflatable children's mattress and a stick that shoots water - $ 46, a laser pointer (really cool, multi-point) - $ 23, a pack of Marlboro or Camel cigarettes $ 6, any crap that you can buy from us for 50 cents there is 6 ye. I didn't even ask how much better toys cost. Items are not priced, please ask. Many people bought everything for the beach outside the hotel, the street where the shopping malls begin in a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

This excursion will be interesting for children of 7-10 years old, no younger and no older. The treasures on this excursion were chupa chups and some penny bracelets, in the end all the children were given balloons, which almost immediately burst. They fed something so terrible on the ship that we did not risk not only killing ourselves in line and crushing for it, but also smelling it.
And the next day after this excursion, the animators of the mini club in our hotel organized a treasure hunt, dressed the children in pirate cocked hats, wide belts for weapons and raincoats, gave sabers-pistols, painted them many times more beautiful than the excursion on the ship, went looking for treasure along the territory of the hotel and along the beach, pirate chants yelled at the same time, then little pirates ate this treasure in a restaurant on the beach, in general - lovely, well done children's animators.
In the evenings at 20:30 in the amphitheater, a children's disco began, at 21:30 performances for adults. There were also some discos on the beach.

Around the hotel, as expected, wastelands, heaps of land, small hotels, roads, iron fences and desert (or as it is called in Turkey). You can say a depressing landscape. It's boring and it's better not to look out the window.
The quirkiness of the hotel is also in the fact that it is located exactly perpendicular to the sea, i. е. only a few rooms overlook the sea, the rest look at the neighboring hotel, the amusement park, wastelands, the fence, the village, anywhere but the sea. But the first two thirds of these side numbers are called Sea View. Therefore, be careful and check with the tour operator if you have a view of the sea or a pile of overgrown yellow land, but at the same time, anything can happen during check-in.
Inside the hotel, of course, looks very impressive. Oriental exoticism, rattan chairs, glass tables, dragons, Buddhas, oriental music, uniformed personnel. As soon as you sit down at a table, a polite waiter will ask what you would like to drink. It is hot outside, so it seems that the air conditioners are not doing their best, sometimes you just try to find a place that is cooler.
There are several shops on the minus second floor. Gold, silver, leather, fur coats, T-shirts, rags and souvenirs. Souvenirs have all the necessary small things, though at hotel prices, from magnets, drinks, toys, fins, sweets to SIM cards. This shop has helped us out several times. A Russian-speaking seller works in it, who, if anything, can suggest and help out. In general, the guys in this store are very friendly and kind. There is a photo booth nearby. The guys are not intrusive, but it is difficult to refuse a photo.
2. Territory
Large extended central pool. There is depth for both toddlers and adults. The maximum depth is 1.40 m. You cannot dive from the side. There is a waterfall in the center. The water is relatively warm (cool pool in the water park). There are no places around. Already early in the morning everything is occupied with towels. But it did not strain, but slightly fettered.
There is also an Amphitheater for evening shows, a pool bar, a bungalow, a small illuminated waterfall, fish a la carte. There is a bridge over the pool leading to the sea. Further, surprisingly, you leave the territory of the hotel.
3. Beach
The beach is located from the hotel across the pedestrian promenade. There are no sand, pebbles or stones. Nobody drives on the beach, but it seems to me that they come here from other hotels, especially from the second line. Although I could be wrong. Lots of sunbeds, half empty. The beach is not well maintained, but vacationers are to blame to a greater extent. Cigarette butts, fruit bones, cups, water bottles come across here and there. Although there are urns nearby, which are constantly cleaned.
On the beach go bred. The first is a parachute and a banana (a strict black man in white), the second are sellers from hotel stores “Oh! ? I do not understand! Why haven't you traveled with us yet? You need to go to the store for jackets or go to our store! ”, The third is massage and sauna. There is also a standard beach volleyball and throwing balls (I don’t know what it’s called).
There is also a large bungalow. During the day there is lunch, cakes and more. In the evening, decorated and illuminated, it becomes an Asian island of tropical relaxation with drinking and dancing.

Long, comfortable sandy entry into the sea. The sea is warm, so you need to swim away to cool down. The sea is empty even there are no shells. Slightly hazy due to white fine sand. A couple of times came across minnows and other trifles. Children dig in the water near the water and build palaces of sand, as in exemplary films. For several days the sea was worried, not stormy, but it was worried. But even this excitement drove mud from algae to the very shore. It was unpleasant to go into the water, the child refused to go swimming at all. But if you go through these troubles away, the sea was clear again. (Once an old slate was washed ashore, and then a condom).
But this is not a claim to the sea. The sea has a lot to offer. And yet it is beautiful, and this is wonderful.

Standard triple bed. Also decorated in Thai style. True, they did not know where to put the numerous pillows, ottomans and bedspreads. Plasma (there are two Russian channels). Mini-bar (beer, cola, sprite, fanta, mineral water, clean water, juice, all in duplicate) you could throw chips, nuts and cookies, but oh well. Clean linen. The conder worked perfectly, once they forgot to turn it off for the night, so they almost caught a cold. Cleaned every day, quite normal, once when we locked ourselves up and slept, they were even offended that we were not allowed. We did not see flowers, swans and other frills. Dollars were left every day, so for the sake of entertainment.

Germans, Dutch, British, Albanians, Ukrainians and Russians. All decent people, smiling, friendly, sufficient. The atmosphere is quite conducive to communication and quiet rest.

Muesli, yogurt, fresh (carrot, apple, grapes, but no orange). There are many fruits, but they were green, even a melon. Ate watermelon. We did not notice any obvious theme nights. A beautiful huge ice cream cake with lit torches delighted the children. The table was full of sweets.
There are many visitors, three halls, plus a street. Places are hot. Cleaning and preparing tables is not too fast, although they try. Some visitors expressed dissatisfaction with the long wait for clean cutlery or an ordered drink. We, for the sake of convenience, and in practice, ate almost always at the same table, so we were served by two of the same waiters, with whom we easily exchanged a few phrases in Turkish, about mood, food, drinks, about how certain fruits, drinks, foods sound in Turkish. Nobody drives on the beach, but it seems to me that they come here from other hotels, especially from the second line. Although I could be wrong. Lots of sunbeds, half empty. The beach is not well maintained, but vacationers are to blame to a greater extent. Cigarette butts, fruit bones, cups, water bottles come across here and there. Although there are urns nearby, which are constantly cleaned.

The conder worked perfectly, once they forgot to turn it off for the night, so they almost caught a cold. Cleaned every day, quite normal, once when we locked ourselves up and slept, they were even offended that we were not allowed. We did not see flowers, swans and other frills.
