just choose a hotel with normal animation and water slides, and the child will definitely not be bored. when ours was 3, we did just that and did not regret it at all. and it’s probably too early for you to go on excursions, even to the water park, because the child needs to sleep during the day. and the water park is designed for the whole day and there is nowhere to sleep there except for a sun lounger. we went on an excursion to the dolphinarium with a 3-year-old child (a lot of delight!). At the age of 4, we took a 4-hour walk along the sea, and did not regret it either. But we went in autumn, the sun was soft. Look at your child, children are different :). Dolphinarium definitely recommend.
