We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 and checked in at 13:00. They don’t know Russian at the reception, they are not very friendly (Although the hotel itself is not bad, the food was good, there was always meat, vegetables, fruits, sweets. The cleaning was not of very high quality, but it didn’t spoil our vacation). Pros: Great bartenders at the pool bar!! ! Very friendly, kind, they speak a little Russian, it was nice, they leave a good impression)))). There was not much animation, although the guys are all active, friendly, it was interesting with them.
