First time in Turkey, stayed at this hotel. According to reviews, the hotel is not bad, but we realized that someone was promoting it. Unloaded 3 buses from the airport at this hotel 23h30m and two people at the reception. One of them is only Russian-speaking. Slowly began to scatter all the numbers. No tea or coffee was offered even though it was all inclusive.

Okay, just to get some rest. Our room was on the 1st floor. It is written on the site that with balconies, but it turned out that there is no balcony in many hotel rooms, looking out the window from the loud music, I almost went nuts from what I saw. A street cafe, its back part overlooked the windows of this hotel to many rooms, and this (gas cylinders on which they cook, cut food, wash dishes, rags, cook, etc. and music plays until 24h30), in short, do not open the windows for days from the stench. I wanted peace, because I was tired of the noise of big cities. This is just the beginning of the adventure in this hotel. No soundproofing. Orgies of love were listened to regularly during the day. The air conditioner worked non-stop in only one mode, could no longer, dried up (got old). The room itself is not bad and bright. Beds are white with yellow sheets. One of the beds has a socket bolted to its base (horror). It’s good that I took a tee, probably life experience suggested, since there are no sockets there. The TV was small, only 13 channels and two of them were Russian, now I can’t stand them even more (1 Russia and 6 TNT). Upon entering the bathroom, we realized that no one had cleaned it before our check-in. The toilet is dirty, the mirror is stained with age and stained. There are no hooks for towels. Tiles on the floor and walls. a small partition separates the shower from the toilet, when the shower turns on, which cannot be removed (it is bolted to the ceiling), then all the water flows behind this partition, but everything would be fine, only for soap, shampoo and a washcloth you have to leave the shower room on the bare floor, to take it all from the sink or put everything on the floor, since there are no shelves for soap and shampoo. You won't have anything to wipe the floor with, so take care of it yourself or else you might slip. There is nowhere to dry swimwear and wet towels with linen (it is not provided for those who do not have balconies). We dried on hangers from the closet hanging on the air conditioner. Irons are not provided in this hotel. Be careful with a hair dryer, they are hung in many rooms in dangerous places near the shower and water gets there. We were hung far from the shower, but at the level of the child (the wire was short and did not reach the head). Linen for 14 nights have never been changed, only a towel, and then I myself came up and asked. Once they left a tip to clean the room (this is normal), after which I thought that someone had died with us. The stench was terrible. it turns out that they wash both the toilet and the rooms with this musty rag. We went to the store and bought a freshener, a rag and powder, and they were not allowed into the room for cleaning anymore. We put a towel for the feet in the bathroom so that it was not slippery. We bought two beach towels on the street and went to the beach with them so as not to take anything from this hotel. The entrance doors to the room, it's just a hollow cardboard with room locks from the kids. She was shaking when someone slapped her door next to her. There is a refrigerator in the room (listed), but does not work. There is no bar in the room, although it is written. It is hot in the reception hall and on the floors, like in a bath (no cooling is provided. The ceilings are low and oppressive. In the morning, afternoon and evening, the whole hotel gathers there to catch wi-fi (it doesn’t pull, so it’s impossible to call with watsap). The hotel is designed for the flow of tourists, but not how to please vacationers. Nobody will mess with you. Every second arriving runs with a complaint about the room and comfort. Hotel for Russians. Foreigners got here, they were so noisy, taking pictures, cursing. The pool is open until 18:00, as in a kindergarten. True, we must pay tribute to the hotel staff (bars, entertainment, dining rooms, etc. ), they are all very polite and friendly, they are 5 points. We tried as much as we could. The food is monotonous, that is, lettuce leaves on one plate, tomatoes on the other, olives on the third, pepper on the other (this is to make it seem abundance and multiply all the plates by 3 times, that's a lot of everything seems)). Do not expect butter and olive oil, it is not there, although there are many olives in Turkey. Meat chicken and turkey. Rice and pasta for garnish. Mashed potatoes (dry mix) and fries from frozen bags, fried in the same oil. There are a lot of people in the hotel and many bombard the reception with claims. Walk to the beach 600 meters, but nice (the street is clean and beautiful). The hotel does not have its own beach, umbrellas and sun loungers, too. You can buy from other hotels, but it's expensive. The ticket cost us almost 110 thousand rubles for two. We were offered to change the room with a surcharge for the balcony at 10 dollars per day. We refused. We got ourselves excursions behind the hotel at the corner of Ruslan (Russian-speaking) and enjoyed the nature of Turkey, if it were not for the beauty of the mountains and the sea, then the rest would be ruined. Many were lucky, I don’t argue, I even went up to the room (good), but in our case, I don’t drink and don’t drink so much. It is beautiful in nature, but for comfort for such money you need to look for other hotels. This hotel is on the weak top three. Yes, here's another thing, if you freeze in the room, then there are no blankets there, only a thin bedspread that covers the beds. We covered ourselves with a towel. In Marmaris and Ichmiler, almost only Europeans have a rest, and not for one month. Of course, this is not for our pensioners. All cafes and restaurants are filled with them. The Turks are just courtesy to them. They buy everything. Everything is cheap for them. Our World card does not work there. In the course of Euro and Dollars (preferably), but we paid with their Lira. 1 lira (11-12 rubles are ours); 1 dollar (6 lira). The sweets in the hotel are terrible, so we bought from the store. Very tasty Ayran in the store too, not expensive for our money 1.5 liters 3 lira. Take money on excursions, as you will be stopped at different places where you can buy Turkish-made products. Very tasty and natural Lokum. Pomegranate juice 300 ml squeezed in front of you 10 lire. Pomegranates grow everywhere. The beauty.

Very, very noisy, there is no soundproofing, the request to change the room was ignored. Terrible food - food imported from frozen products, expired, stale, the water cooler is dirty and the water smells like mud. Stale renovation in the bathroom, terrible bath and shower. No air conditioners in public areas, old and rotten air conditioner in the room.

I am a tourist with many years of experience and have visited many places. But I saw such a disgusting attitude towards my guests for the first time this summer only at the IDAS CLUB HOTEL 4 *. I had a rest in this hotel in July 2018. I booked a room with a balcony, upon check-in I was told that there was no room with a balcony and they could only provide me with a room without a balcony (I draw your attention to a room without a balcony is cheaper and the window does not open in it).

I booked a room with a balcony, upon check-in I was told that there was no room with a balcony and they could only provide me with a room without a balcony (I draw your attention to a room without a balcony is cheaper and the window does not open in it). The administrator commented on it like this - in the high season they have this happen, promised that only for one day they would settle in a room without a balcony, and the next day I would check into my room. The next day, everything happened again and at the reception they announced to me that there was no room with a balcony, and only after I started swearing and calling a representative of the travel agency they gave me the keys to the room with a balcony. And this is not force majeure, it's just how they work and consider it normal (a good unofficial income from Russian tourists). It turned out that I was not the only one, Russian tourists who booked a double room with a balcony are settled in rooms without a balcony during the season. In the hotel, 60 percent of vacationers are Turks, they are settled quickly and without problems in good rooms, and Russians are the last to stay in the rooms.
The food in the hotel is not tasty and monotonous. The restaurant is dirty, the crumbs are not removed from the tables. There are not enough people and there are not enough tables for everyone, people walk around with plates of food and do not know where to sit, there are not enough appliances either, you have to ask the waiters themselves.
I do not recommend this hotel.

We chose on the site, looked at the photos. After arrival, we were horrified, they did not fully match the description. The building is old, the rooms are small, there is no beach, no sun loungers and umbrellas. Many hotel rooms do not have balconies, but we got access to the hall. We lived without access to fresh air.

I chose the hotel based on reviews, photos and animation. Arriving in Turkey, we were told that the hotel is very crowded, planes fly badly, there are no available rooms and we were settled in the Idas Park Hotel. Moreover, there were 20 people from Kharkov. Everyone was indignant, but our flight was delayed; we were without lunch, tired, resigned ourselves to the hope that tomorrow everything would be fine and we would be settled in our hotel.

Idas Park Hotel doesn't even have animation. AT ALL. No territory, no swimming pool with gokami, no playground. We went to a meeting with a hotel guide with a reliable one, but he behaved in a boorish way, we demanded our 4-star hotel with animation, etc. But the answer was given, you will live here. They sell tours to one hotel and settle in a completely different one, a class lower and at a completely different cost. Many families with children all went so that the children would not be bored. But those were our problems. We demanded compensation, but no one heard us and did not want to hear. And all this is created by the tour operator Join Up. This is a complete lie and lawlessness. By choosing this hotel you will find yourself wondering where. And Marmaris is beautiful and in spite of everything we arranged a rest for ourselves. But how unpleasant that you were robbed....With this tour operator ANYWHERE else.

Rested in Turkey for 6 times, but in the Marmaris region for the first time. Now I won’t go to Antalya, Alanya, Side, Kemer for anything, only to the regions of the province of Mugla (Marmaris, Fethiye, Bodrum), because, firstly, nature is many times more beautiful here - greenery, flowers, pine forests, blue-green sea and the main thing here is that the Turks do not pester tourists! This is the only region where it is legally prohibited to grab tourists by the hand and behave familiarly with them.

The hotel itself: 300 meters from the sea, but there is no personal beach in the 2018 season, you will either have to give 10 lire, or on towels, or 2 rows of free municipal sun loungers are allocated along the road (at 7 am it’s really possible to take them after 5 pm. To the beach at in the morning and after 17 o'clock large sea turtles caretta-caretta (for buoys) regularly sail in. There is no tennis court at the hotel, but there is free billiards, volleyball in the hotel and water polo (at 14; -15 o'clock), at 22 o'clock - performance of artists ( Michael Jackson came
juggler with whiskey bottles, a dervish who twirled skirts at a famous place). Feeding for slaughter, grilled meat-turkey-beef, in sauces, 2-3 types of fish, you take as much as you want, no one imposes with a trembling hand. Euro repair in the hotel is fresh (tile, marble), hot water is always available, Russian TV 3 channels: 1 channel (for Zaputin-patriots), TNT (his program is 4 hours behind the one posted on the Internet), and Russian music box, plumbing serviceable, new, fashionable, bed linen - snow-white, towels without holes. mini fridge, wardrobes, hair dryer. The contingent is 60% Russian, 10% Ukraine, 30% British. Breakfast at 7:30, lunch at 12:30, dinner at 19:30. Alcohol, they say, is diluted in one bar, good in another. The staff is polite, laconic, attentive, not familiar and not rude. I took excursions on the street: for $ 17, a sea trip to 5 places - a paradise island, a cave, Amos, a market in Turunzh-norm, for $ 19 along the Aegean Islands (Hisaronu, a girl's spit,
rabbit island, goat island - super. I rented a scooter for $20 per day + my own gasoline. In Icmeler and Marmaris, everyone demanded either a deposit of 100-300 dollars, or to give them a passport, I did not dare to do this. When I was in Turunzh, I looked into the local rental office (opposite Migros, opposite the Calypso Hotel, next to the police (Gendarmes), it turned out that it was enough for them to make copies of the rights of category "B", made a copy of the passport, wrote down the bank card number, they wrote down the name of my hotel, my phone and that’s it, no deposits. It’s also easy to take a car without deposits (they all have a full casco there). I recommend driving on a scooter to Marmaris, Amos, Kumlubuk, Selimija, Turgut (waterfall is so-so), Orhania (maiden spit, yachts, Hisaronyu. I also drove along the highway from Marmaris 25 km north in the direction of Mugla, there is an exit to Chamly. From Chamly there are boats with tourists to Cleopatra Island. In Chamly themselves, the beach is bad,
if you drive from Chamla to the left along the asphalt in the direction of the Beach sign (beach), then after driving 6 km you will run into a locked gate leading to the beach, drive further along the ground, at the end you will again run into fences and locks (such as private property), to you can’t get to the sea yourself (bushes, cliffs, mountains interfere), so don’t go to Chamly to Cleopatra Island on a scooter and by car. Go to the waterfront in Marmaris in the evening, marvel at the luxurious yachts, see the singing fountain in Marmaris from 21 to 2140 daily. Everywhere in the villages it is safe, beautiful lights, light, no one harasses, does not force you to buy - full Europe, an analogue of Greek Crete, only much more beautiful. It is possible in the port of Marmaris 100-200 m from the monument to Ataturk along the embankment you will see a huge Turkish flag on the wall of the office. They sell tickets for a high-speed boat going to the Greek island of Rhodes (you need a Schengen),
costs 40 euros round-trip for one day (departure around 9 am from Marmaris, back from Rhodes, sailing around 17 hours. It takes 50 minutes by sea. Or a ticket for 70 euros for any number of days in the intervals between the ticket "there" and Getting a Schengen Greek visa at their office costs about 80 euros (documents and requirements are the same as in Russia (such as a bank card with enough money ($ 500 on the card, I think that’s enough). Ukrainians, Georgians are fine, they don’t need visas I didn’t go to Rhodes myself, there is no Schengen. In general, if I missed something, then write to gigigigi@mail. ru, I’ll tell you what I know.

They fed the same way. There was meat, chicken, fish and vegetables. Fruits and sweets are terrible. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

The room is neat and tidy, TV is air-conditioned, from the minuses there is no Wi-Fi above the lobby, and there is no balcony in the room. There is no animation at the hotel, although animators ran around, offered games in the pools, and then only for adults, there was no animation for children.
The food is quite high quality and varied: chicken, meat, fish, various vegetables, fresh stews, always sweets, fruits, apples and oranges, but we were in May, a little early, although there was a watermelon once! Drinks are varied, the bar is good, until 23.00
The staff is friendly, kind and speaks English.
They didn’t take excursions from guides, it’s expensive, there is a good man right 10 meters near the hotel named Ruslan, he sells these excursions at half the price!
There is no beach of its own, but it is a city beach 10 meters from the hotel, sunbeds are free, so this is more of a plus in order to walk in the fresh air.
To be honest, I did not want to leave, seven days seemed not enough. quartet justified itself!
